I would just like to say thanks for all the support that "River Flower" has been getting and I look forward to working with it more in future. I'm currently finishing up the work for my first semester so I'll be a tiny bit more active in writing. For now, I'll be scheduling as much as I can as well as editing the previous chapters of "River Flower" to make it more readable and aesthetic.

If you guys would be interested, I also have two other original works with one slowly brewing in my drafts called "O' Cassandra" and "Children of Cain" though I'm planning on changing the name of the latter because I finally realized where I heard the name before and it was from a book I had lying around. So, that's all in all.

Here's the basic rundown for those interested but not wanting to go all the way into my profile to dig it up:

O' Cassandra tells the story of a seer who (like the book's namesake) was cursed that his visions will never be believed or regarded. He accepts it for the most part as just another brick in his road until a strange man comes to his house and asks for a reading. The book might feature some classist dilemmas but your girl is studying theology and is currently very annoyed at people in general.

Finally, Children of Cain (to be renamed at some point) follows a student with a repressed (or mostly) past and he uses maladaptive coping mechanisms to help him in the emotional and mental storm. He isn't alone, however, and has two other companions with him. The book is, if I'm noticing the pattern in the drafts properly, going to contain some religious symbolism but also a good deal about Faustian Symbolism (the entire, make a deal with the devil and you get what you want but at a cost, basically)....

With that in mind, I want to give thanks for all the help and support you guys have given me. You guys don't know how happy it makes me to see an og. work actually be read and, I won't lie, it is very validating after a while of just writing papers for Uni.
