We open with our heroes enjoying themselves in the living room of the house. Kota was playing with Yaoyorozu, Midoriya and Kirishima were with Uraraka teaching her how to use a sword. Bakugou was getting his ass drunk. Mina was playing with her kids. And Todoroki was sitting in silence with his book.

"So where are we going next?" Todoroki asked. "Midoriya said we're going to find Iida." Bakugou shot up. "Four Eyes?!" He exclaimed. "Yes. Iida is the closest one we need to find." Yaoyorozu informed him. Todoroki wanted to talk to her, but didn't know how to bring up the subject out of nowhere. But he wanted to go all in. "Hey, Yaoyorozu?" He asks getting her attention.

Yaoyorozu turns her attention from Kota to Todoroki. "Yes?" "How did you find Kota? What happened after our departure?" He asks. "It wasn't too complicated. I found Kota on the streets and showed great intelligence for his age. I took him in as an apprentice and became his mother. And as for what happened, I went back to my family estate and inherited everything when they passed away. So that's my story. What about you?" She asked back.

"I went back to my kingdom and took the throne. I then united the warring fire and ice kingdoms to make a united kingdom. I renamed it the land of ice and fire. And after many years, the land represented that. There's still some tension between the kingdoms, but everyone has gotten used to it now." He explains.

"Those are very uninteresting." Mina says with a tired expression. "Why don't you tell them about how we brought you into the team." Midoriya says coming in wiping off the sweat from his forehead. Behind him is Kirishima and a worn out Uraraka. "Hey. How's the training going?" Mina asks them going up to her husband. "It's going good. She's a fast learner." They look over to her with her head down at the dining table giving a weak thumbs up. "I'd actually like to know about how you guys became part of the knights." She asks them.

"Actually, we both became part of the knights at the same time." Yaoyorozu says bluntly. Mina and Uraraka look more intrigued by this. The tiredness that surrounded her was suddenly gone. "Let's just get it over with." Todoroki says.

Flashback in the Musutafu kingdom

Deku, Kacchan, and Uravity were in the king's throne room awaiting his instructions. "Hello, knights. I have received word that two individuals I was looking for are going to meet in the kingdom of flames." They look at him in surprise. "The kingdom of flames? One of them is going to be the prince?" Deku asks in shock. Nezu nods. "Yes. As well as the daughter of the other party that organized the meeting. She can make any object with a thought, only limited by the fats in her body." He explains.

"Great. Deku and I will handle this." Uravity offers. "Actually, I want Deku and Kacchan to go. You shall stay here for another mission." She want to say something, but accepts and thinks this could be a good opportunity for them. "Now you need to get going. Hurry." He orders. They nod and go off to find the kingdom. 

They ride off to find the two new recruits. "Hey Deku? What do you think will happen when we find them?" He asks his green haired friend. "I think we'll have trouble when we actually talk to them because of how ruthless king Enji is." He answers. "Yeah, I've heard of him. I hear he's powerful." He says and stops in front of a kingdom that is surrounded by fire at the base of a volcano. "Yeah. He is."

Meanwhile in the palace of the kingdom

"This goes against my free will!" Todoroki shouts at his father. "This will be good for you and the kingdom, Shoto. The Yaoyorozu's can aid us in the conflict against the land of ice." He tells his enraged son. "There wouldn't be a conflict if you weren't responsible for what happened to mother!" He raises his voice higher. Enji stood up and had an equally enraged look. "And what happened to her was also her fault. She went mad and had to be dealt with!"

"And she wouldn't have went mad if you hadn't treated her the way you did!" Enji had enough. "That's enough! To your quarters until the Yaoyorozu's arrive! And you will not speak a word until spoken to!" He orders his son and he leaves immediately. He's stopped at the door when one of the guards opens the door. "King Enji. Two high knights from the Musutafu kingdom have arrived. They wanted to speak with you at the meeting with the Yaoyorozu family." Enji is confused as to why two knights from Musutafu would come there.

"Bring them in. I want to speak with them first." He orders the guard and Todoroki follows going to his quarters. Todoroki slams the door to his room. "How dare he! Finding a wife should be my decision alone, not his!" He looks to a painting of his mom and falls to his knees in front of him. "Mother. I promise to never be like him, and to become free from his control. And unite your kingdoms into a united kingdom." He says to the beautiful painting.

Meanwhile with Enji, the two knights enter the throne room and kneel, though Bakugou does reluctantly. "Why are you here? Our kingdoms have a peace treaty." He demands to know as to why they're suddenly there. Deku looks up to him. "Sir. We came to recruit your son and the Yaoyorozu daughter to join our team formed by king Nezu. He foresaw events that would bring devastation to all our kingdoms. So it would be in your best interest to let your son join us. We will also be speaking with the Yaoyorozu's about letting their daughter join us. We will aid you in the conflict between the land of ice." He offers the king.

Enji thinks about it. Did he want to surrender his son to another kingdom? Absolutely not! But then he thought over the advantages this could bring him. His son could learn discipline and learn to follow orders. And he would receive the aid of the Yaoyorozu's as well as Musutafu, one of the best army's in the country. "Very well. You have my permission to allow my son to join you. I will let him decide to leave or not." He accepts the offer. Deku smiles. "You won't be disappointed sir." Enji leans back into his throne. "I better not be." He dismisses them and make their way down the hall.

As they walk down the hall, they see someone with half red, half white hair. "That must be him." Bakugou says. Midoriya goes up to him to speak to him, but he just passes him without saying anything. "Hey. He was trying to talk to you." He stands right in front of him, but Todoroki just goes around him without acknowledging him. "Hey you bastard! We're talking to you!" He sets off small explosions from his hands. "Kacchan, come on! Listen. We're from Musutafu. We came here to talk to you. We wanted to see if you wanted to leave with us." Todoroki stops in his tracks and turns to them. "Explain."

Bakugou calms down and leans against the wall. "We came to recruit you to our team. Our king has been foretold about a great threat unlike anything the world has ever seen. And unless we don't unite the ten best warriors in the country. Please We need your help." He asks Todoroki. He's taken back by this offer. Finally. A chance to escape his father's power. But it's too sudden a decision to decide on. "It's an intriguing offer. I'll need to think it over." He says walking away.

"I don't like him." Bakugou says walking away. "Kacchan, you don't like anyone." Midoriya walks with him.

With the Yaoyorozus 

"Remember, Momo. We're here to offer our services to king Enji. Our resources will aid them in their conflict. But only if he accepts you for his son's hand." The Yaoyorozu mother tells her daughter. "Yes, mother." Yaoyorozu says uncertain. "Is that uncertainty I sense in your tone?" Her father asks. She jumps at the sternness in her father's tone. "S-Sorry. It's just.....I don't agree with this arrangement. I want to be married by my own choice." She explains herself. "Well it isn't your choice. The king has asked for our presence and we expect you to act as your social class expects you." Her father demands. "But-" "Enough." Her father raises her voice. She jumps and nods her head. "Yes father."

They arrive at the kingdom and are welcomed to the castle. They enter the conference room and sees on the other side is Enji, and to the side is Deku and Bakugou. "Sire? Who are these two?" The father asks. "These two are knights from Musutafu. They wanted to speak to Shoto and your daughter about going with them." He explains simply. They turn to the two for more of an explanation.

"We were sent by our king to recruit the prince and your daughter to fight a threat that can destroy the world as we know it. Please. We need her help to save our country and this world." Midoriya asks them. "Well I'm sorry, but we have to deny. We only agreed to let king Enji take our daughter's hand to his son. But we will not let her risk her life to fight something that could destroy us. She doesn't even know how to fight." Her mother explains. Yaoyorozu's eyes fill with guilt and looks away from the group. 

"Very well. Sorry for wasting your time." Deku bows and Bakugou rolls his eyes. "Whatever. This was a waste of time." Bakugou walks away. "Kacchan!" He runs after him and the only ones left are the Yaoyorozus and Enji. "Well now that that's settled. I would like to formally introduce you to my son. Shoto. Come in here." Enji orders his son. From the door behind him comes Todoroki. He gazes unto the Yaoyorozu daughter and his eyes go wide. Never before has he seen such beauty. He quickly shifted back to his calm composure.

Then she gazed upon him and blushed. "Now, shall we get started?" Enji asks and they nod. "Momo. Shoto. Explore the castle as you wish while we discuss." He orders the two and the comply.

"Kacchan, wait up!" Deku finally catches up with him. "She doesn't even know how to fight. Why did Nezu think she could've helped us?" Bakugou asks. It was odd. Requesting to find a knight that didn't know combat. Especially given her power. So what was his intention?

Todoroki and Yaoyorozu walk down a hall in silence saying nothing. He then decides to try saying something. He turns to her and she turns to see what he wanted. He opened his mouth but nothing came out. 'Come on, just say something! Anything!'

She takes the initiative and starts. "So how do you feel about this?" She finally manages to say something. He looks away from her. "Honestly, I don't like it. I want to find my wife on my own. For real love." He answers. "Me too. I want to have a say in my own future instead of what they have planned for me." She says turning away as well. He smiles very slightly. "Well then we have something in common." She giggles. I guess we do.

Just then, an explosion is heard and the entire kingdom is shaking. "What is that?!" She exclaims. Todoroki goes to one of the windows to see the volcano going off. "It's the volcano!" He jumps out of the window and makes an ice slide to have a nice landing to the bottom. He goes to the base and makes a giant thick ice wall for when the lava reaches it can be held off.

"Hey!" A voice yells out. He turns back to see Midoriya and Bakugou blasting to him. "What the hell happened?!" Bakugou exclaims. "The volcano my ancestors built the kingdom on erupted. But it never showed any signs of going off." Just then, another eruption went off but something was different. The eruption was falling directly onto the kingdom rather than just going everywhere.

They then noticed that it was shaped irregularly. Like it had wings. "What are those things?" Deku asked. They let out violent screeches and Bakugou blasted himself up to them. "Go to hell!" He blasted at one, but it had no effect. "Todoroki! You have to help!" Todoroki shook his head. "I can't. I have to keep focus on keeping this wall secured." Midoriya understood and jumped high to destroy them, but the heat coming off their bodies was too much for him.

'Dammit. I can't get close enough so that I can kill them. Kacchan's explosions have no effect. And Todoroki can't take concentration off that wall or the lava will spill through. What do we do.' He thinks to himself. "I'll take it from here." He hears a voice. It's Yaoyorozu. "Get out of here! You don't have any combat training!" Midoriya orders her. "I never said that. My parents did." She rips off her dress to show armor that didn't cover too much and she took a crown from her belt and put it on.

"These creatures have about the same heat as the lava. So it's an easy solution." She holds her hand to her stomach and something comes out. She pulls the rest of it out to show a spear. She gives it to Midoriya. "Throw it at the creature. The tip of the spear is a material that can withstand the heat of lava." He nods and throws the spear with great force at one of the creatures. It impales it through the chest and it falls to the ground crumbling into nothing.

She makes 5 more spears. She also makes a sword made of the same material and a thing layer of metal to cover herself in. She rushes at one of the creatures and stabs it in the chest. Midoriya throws all the other spears and kills them all. Then something comes out of the ground and slaps Midoriya away. It then reaches for Yaoyorozu. She's off guard and is unable to react in time only to roll away. She prepares for the killing blow, but the monster is faster than its build would suggest and she's unprepared for it. Then it gets stabbed by an ice slab.

She looks over to Todoroki still struggling to keep the wall up. He then collapses from exhaustion. The lava flow ceases as the last creature was killed. 'What caused this?' Yaoyorozu thinks to herself.

Later

They're all in the throne room to explain what happened. Todoroki woke up and explained his part of the story. Yaoyorozu's parents went over to her. "Momo. You've kept this hidden from us? Why?" Her father asks. "Because I know I can do more with my power than just being a face with money. I took secret lessons in battle and strategies. For a long time I've kept quiet. But no more. I'm going to join these two in saving the world. I will return when my mission is complete, and I will not marry until I want to." She stands up to her parents. They back off and accept her conditions. "King Enji, my family shall still support you in your fight." She informs the king. She goes over to the knights and bows. "I'd be honored to be among you and your fellow knights."

"Of course." Deku holds out his hand and they shake. Todoroki goes up to them. "I'll come with you as well." He turns to Enji and he nods. "Alright. Thank you all. Let's go." Deku orders them and they leave.

They arrive back at the kingdom and go to the king's chamber. "Hello. I am king Nezu. As the new knights, you will be given nicknames as a sign of how people may perceive you." He tells them. He hops off his throne and examines them. "Your majesty, with all due respect, I reject a name you offer me. I only want to be called Shoto." He calmly requests from Nezu. He accepts this offer and goes back to examining Yaoyorozu. "The creation knight. You will be Creati." She smiles. "Thank you, your majesty."

"They will show you your rooms. I hope you enjoy your time here." Deku and Bakugou lead them to two chambers where they will be staying for the unknown amount of time. Yaoyorozu starts unpacking until she hears a knock on her door. It's Todoroki on the other side. "Hello. I wanted to say it was impressive how you stood up to your family the way you did. You made the right call." She smiles and giggles. "Thank you. I look forward to getting to know you more." He smiles. "Me too."

Back to the present

"And that's how we became part of the knights." Todoroki says finishing the story. Uraraka is smiling brightly, Mina fell asleep with her kids, and the others were sitting smiling, except Bakugou. "That was a great story. But where was Uravity?" She asks. "She was doing other work. Recruiting two of the other knights." Midoriya explains. "Alright." She says rubbing her eyes. "Let's go to bed." He picks her up on his back. "Alright." She says tiredly.

"I should take Mina and the kids to their rooms, too." Kirishima takes his wife and kids to bed. "I need to get Kota to bed. He's been asleep for a while." Yaoyorozu says getting up. "I need rest as well. What about you Bakugou?" He asks the explosive blonde. "Yeah. I'm just gonna sleep on the floor." He says collapsing on the ground.

They head to their separate rooms thinking about the other. "Goodnight Momo/Shoto.'

Chapter end. Sorry I didn't update this story for so long. I kept my focus on my other stories and lost track of this one. I'll try updating this one more often.
