Luke shows me around the whole place. The Land of Chaos is one giant mansion. There's two training arenas, a movie theater, a giant mess hall, a throne room for Chaos himself, a ton of bedrooms, an archery zone, a big kitchen that is run by pure Chaos magic where everything cooks itself, an indoor forest (don't even ask, there are monsters inside) and an indoor saltwater pool. Luke shows me everything and we then meet the rest of the army. They all have their hoods on and I can't see their faces. Luke points to each one individually.

"This is Beauty," he says. She takes her hood off and reveals herself as none other than Selena. A smile tugs at the corner of my mouth.

"This is Hunter," he says. The next person takes off their hood revealing that she is indeed Zoe Nightshade. I smile.

"This is Forge," Luke says and the next person takes their hood off to reveal that he is Beckendorf. I grin and my eyes well up.

"This is Angel," Luke says pointing to the last person. She takes off her hood to reveal that she is Bianca Di Angelo. A tear makes its way down my cheek.

"Oh my gods...I missed you guys so much," I say hugging each one of them. They smile and Bianca hands me something. I take it and realize it is a black cloak like all of theirs. Then I realize that across each of theirs is a different colored gem for a button to clip the cloak together. Luke's is gold, Selena's is pink, Bianca's is light purple, Beckendorf's is red, and Zoe's is dark blue. I unfold my cloak and put it on, leaving the hood down. I look at my gem and it is bright sea green. I smile.

"Thank you guys," I say. They nod.

"Hey Percy, do you want to come to dinner with us?" Beckendorf asks. I shake my head.

"I think I need a little time to process everything, and go to bed early," I say walking away. They nod. Being a Chaos Warrior, do I even need sleep? I open the door to my room. The outside of the door says Omega engraved in gold. I close the door and when I am halfway to my bed I feel something pop in my back. I thought it was just a crack but when I took another step and my back flared with pain.

Pain bursts in my back. Pain like non other. I screamed and tried to claw at it, not knowing what was happening. Had I chosen wrong to become a Chaos Warrior? What had I done? My vision clouds with yellow and black spots, and I collapse on my bed. The pain does not stop. My back feels like flames are seeping into my skin. I writhe on the bed trying to reach my back, but nothing helps. Screams escape my mouth but no one rushes to my aid. Did they not hear my agony?

My head fills with pounding like the sound of a million drums being hammered on over, and over, and over. I roll onto the floor and claw my claw to the closed door. My thoughts are murky and my vision blurry, so I cannot stand up. My legs fail me. I reach the door and attempt to reach up towards the knob, but each sudden movement seems to send my soul farther and farther out of my body. I am almost there. The doorknob is an inch infront of me. I scream in agony one last time before collapsing to the floor.

Suddenly the pain stops as quickly as it started and I sit in the floor gulping in breaths. I feel something on my back that is light but adds weight. I sit confused wondering what the hell just happened. I groan and stand up, almost falling backwards because of the extra weight that I was not used to. What was on my back?

I feel something between my shoulder blades and stand up. I stretch my arms out and then something odd happens. The thing on my back stretches out and I hear some cracking. I put my arms down and spin around trying to see what is on my back. That's when I realize I can stretch the things out like an extra pair of arms. I stretch them out all the way easily, and almost pass out when I see what is on my back.

A giant pair of outstretched black and brown wings sit there, like I'm a freaking bird or something. I flap them gently and start to rise off the ground. I get nervous and hit my head in the ceiling, and then fall on the ground clutching my head and groaning. Why hadn't the others warned me about them getting wings after becoming a warrior?

I stand up and realize my cloak has fallen off. I lower my wings and hide them beneath my cloak. I look in the fountain and use the water as a mirror. I turn around to look at myself to see if I concealed the wings well enough. I had, and I looked like regular Percy thankfully without wings again. I sighed and walked out of my room, suddenly not so tired anymore. That's when I realized something while I was walking.

What is the others didn't have wings? What if it was only me? Was there something wrong with me? I was so lost in thought that I ran into Selena falling over. She laughed and we stood up.

"Sorry," I said. She smiled kindly.

"It's fine," she replies.

"I thought you were going to bed?" She asks me. I smile and try to cover up the lie in my eyes.

"I couldn't fall asleep," I lie. She just shrugs.

"I don't know what your hiding Percy, but you can tell me anything. We're like family now," she says.

"How do you know-" I start but she just walks away smiling. I go to the empty area and train for the rest of the night.
