Archer, a high-ranking member of Team Rocket, is known for his strategic mind and cold demeanor; despite the criminal activities, he cares about his son but is often absent due to his responsibilities within the Team, leading to a distant relationship through he often sends birthday gifts to his son.

Mother: Jennifer Magmaroot/ Reynolds (Her last name because Reynolds when she, later on, later on, marries her new boyfriend) 

Jennifer is caring and supportive of Kieran's love for Pokémon and exploring underwater caverns. She works as a Pokemon environment researcher and helps Pokémon fund new homes when destroyed by bad weather. She never got around to marrying  Archer because she didn't take his last name, and when Kieran was born, she chose to use her last name.

Stepfather: Jameson Reynolds

Jameson is a Pokémon doctor who started dating Jennifer ten months after she ended her relationship with Archer as she was tired of him putting Team Rocket first, it is a positive influence on Kieran and teaches him how to properly care for Pokémon.

Younger half-brother: Liam Reynolds

Liam is a cheerful and energetic eight-year-old boy who looks up to Kieran. She is very close to him despite not fully understanding how his mutant powers work. He enjoys playing with Pokémon and camping. Though Younger he acts as an emotional anchor for Kieran whenever he freaks out about his powers.

Emma is a quiet and shy six-year-old girl who enjoys reading and learning about pokemon. She often talks to Kieran about her dream to be a Pokemon coordinator and for advice on how to become one when she is shy.

Personality:  Kieran is Kieran is empathetic, resourceful, and determined. His telepathic bond with Pokémon has made him highly intuitive, able to understand the emotions and intentions of his Pokemon. He is compassionate towards people and Pokémon. Despite his dislikes for certain individuals, he is not heartless of others' well-being and feelings. He is driven to achieve his goal and has a sharp and analyzing mind like his father

Powers:

Telepathic communication with Pokemon- Kieran can communicate telepathically with any Pokémon, understanding their thoughts and emotions and conveying his own in return. This power allows him to bond deeply with Pokémon and coordinate with them seamlessly.

Water Manipulation - Kieran can create, shape, and manipulate, inorganic compounds with liquid, gas (steam, water vapor), and solid (ice) states, including changing them from one state to another. This involves water itself, ice in any form, sweat, blood, steam, water pressure, and other variations. More skilled and powerful and can use water-related weather such as blizzards and rainstorms, and some can completely control the temperature of the water at will.

Goals:

To learn to fully control his powers, especially his Hydrokinesis.

To one day continue his Pokemon journey and become a member of the Elite Four or gym leader. 

To happily find romance like his mother and stepfather's father.

To rekindle his bond with his father Archer.
