A telescope cannot make stars look bigger but it can make them look brighter. Dim stars become bright. Faint stars come into view. Be like a telescope.

If you can't magnify your happiness then just make it more special. In simpler words, if you haven't yet reached to that highest point in your life that you're always dreamed of, then learn to cherish the small yet bright delights that come on the way. Your destination may look far, great and distant but you can still illuminate and enjoy the rest houses you stopped at on it's way.

Sometimes a diamond ring, the most expensive dress, the latest model of some car is not what you always need. A sincere smile from a passing stranger, the look of gratitude on the wrinkled face of an elder face after you helped them or maybe just a long phone call from an old friend might melt your heart filling you up the same way. Small gestures which may seem so meaningless can work great wonders.

If you think that in order to pay back your parents, you need to be overflowing with money and blessings, then you're completely seeing it the wrong way. Just start from giving them a simple smile, be polite, or lend a helping hand when you can just like a telescope. It couldn't give you a bigger star, but it gave you a small brighter one.
