*Buzz*

Jennie's phone rang while she was sleeping. She groaned and picked It up.

Jennie: Ah who is calling in this early morning?

Jennie OTP: Yeoboseo?

Lisa OTP: Yah! Are you still sleeping?

Jennie OTP: Yeah.. Why?

Lisa OTP: Did you seriously forget that we have a meeting today?

Jennie widened her eyes, remembering the meeting.

Jennie OTP: Ah shi- bye I will get ready now!

She got up and ran to her bathroom. She took a shower and got ready.

She wore this:

She didn't eat breakfast and left.
She arrived at her office just to be met by her angry boss.

Boss: Why are you late today miss Jennie?

Jennie: Sir.. I woke up late. Sorry.

Boss: I- just forget it now and let's go we have to go to the cafe nearby our client is waiting there.

They followed their boss and went to the cafe nearby. They entered and saw a man in all black sitting at the big table.

Boss: Good afternoon Mr Jung.

Hoseok : Oh good afternoon Mr Joon. What took you so long?

Boss: Nothing special, let's start shall we? This is Jennie and this is Jisoo. They both are our old and trusted workers. They also are the main editors of our company.

Jensoo: Hello.

Hoseok: Nice to meet you. I always wondered who edited all those novels to be that perfect other than the writer who wrote it. I guess I get to meet you now. Haha, hmm if I remember one of you writes as well right?

Jennie: Ah well that will be me I wrote a few novels only. I have stopped for now.

Hoseok: Why though? I guess you didn't see but your latest novel is trending in top 10 right now.

Jennie's jaw dropped.

Jennie: W-what?

Hoseok: Yeah sit down let me show you.

They all sat down and Hoseok showed everyone that Jennie's novel was on the top 10 list.

Jennie: Wah- really I didn't expect this!

Hoseok: Haha yeah no one would know that when they reached the top only people tell them and they know.

Boss: I think you shouldn't stop writing Jennie.

Jisoo: Yeah Jennie. Think again.

Jennie: Okay.. I will do it when I get the idea for a novel.

Hoseok: Hmm good anyways back to the topic. So I guess you all know Kim enterprises right? So.. Mr Joon may tell the next part, I think that'll be better.

Boss: Ah sure. So girls, I'm getting old as you know and I can't work anymore. So i have decided to sell my company to The CEO of Kim enterprises. You won't be unemployed but your boss will be Mr Kim from now on.

Jensoo: What?!

Boss: Yes so your office building will be changed too and you will work in the building of Kim enterprises. I will tell the other workers too and today you have to collect your things from the office. Mr Hoseok also is a friend of Mr Kim so he will be there don't be nervous.

Jisoo: Sir we understand but you know we are not comfortable in any other place right? We have been working for 3 years now.

Jennie: But we understand that you have to go now so we won't complain.. In one condition as you know that I consider you as my father so please stay in contact.

Boss: Aigoo.. of course my daughters, now from today you will call me dad not boss or sir so let's head back and pack our things.

Jisoo: Okay..

Hoseok: Wait, here is my number. Consider me as your friend not a stranger ok? See you both.

Jisoo-Jennie: See you brother!

They all chuckled and left. Jennie was a little sad because she considers Mr Joon as her father but now he is leaving too. She was worried about how the company boss will be like.

Jisoo: Worried?

Jennie: Hmm. Will he be nice to us like our boss?

Jisoo: Yah don't think too much. He is Hoseok's friend so he must be nice too like him.

Jennie: I hope so. Anyways we are here so let's pack while he makes an announcement.

They came inside and started to pack there stuff. Mr Joon made the announcement just to receive sad groans from everyone including Lisa. Lisa got up and came towards them.

Lisa: This is so sad.

Jennie: Don't worry Lisa-yah, it will be alright.

Lisa: Hmm I will pack and let's have lunch together, Jisoo I won't take a no.

Jisoo: Sure sis.

Lisa went back to her desk and packed everything. Jennie was packing too and was almost done when her phone rang. She picked up.

Jennie OTP: Yeoboseo?

?? OTP: Is this miss Jennie Kim?

Jennie OTP: Yes its me.

?? OTP: Miss there was a robbery at your house and all the things are messed up sorry to say your house was also on fire but it's out now. Would you like to come here?

Jennie dropped the files in her hands.

Jisoo: Yah what happened who is it?

Jennie OTP: O-ok I am coming.

She ended the call and sat down on the chair tears flowing down her cheeks.

Jisoo: Y-yah what happened?

Jennie: *sigh* M-my house got robbed and was on fire. It Is controlled but.. my house..

Jisoo: What?! Its alright lets go and check there hmm?

Jennie nodded and got up. They both left the office and when they arrived at her house.. It was all burnt.

??: Miss Jennie?

Jennie: Y-yes that's me.

??: Mam we are really sorry. Would you like to check if something is fine and you can take it with you from inside?

Jisoo: We will check thank you.

They both went in.There was a very bad smell. She checked everything but it was no use. Her family photos.. everything that was related to her family was burnt.

Jennie: M-my photos..

Jisoo: Shh it's ok. You must have some in your phone, we can develop them. Let's go it's no use now.

Jennie got up and went outside Jisoo followed her.

Jisoo: We didn't find anything, you can do whatever you want.

??: Ok mam you can go now.

Jisoo: Let's go we will pick our things from the office and go to my house. I won't take a no.

Jennie: Thanks.

Jisoo's phone rang.

Jisoo OTP: Lisa-yah we're coming I will tell you everything bye.

She hung up.

They both sat in the car and Jisoo drove to the office. They took their boxes and Lisa came with them.

Jisoo drove to her house and they told Lisa what happened. She comforted Jennie and told her it's fine.

Jennie: Unnie.. can I stay at your house for a while?

Jisoo: Of course and you didn't need to ask it's your house as well.

Jennie: Thank you. I'm just glad I don't keep my money at my house. I would have been poor by now. Tsk.

Lisa: Unnie let's forget about what happened and lets have a girls day out okay?

Jennie: Okay fine.
