Introduction

It was three years after the defeat of Gaea. The seven haven't really been as close as they were before. It was rare they all were seen in the same room at once. Leo and Calypso were working on opening a shop together. Jason and Piper went back and forth between Camp Jupiter and Camp Half Blood all the time. Frank and Hazel were still in charge of New Rome, along with Reyna and a few others. And for Annabeth and Percy, they were almost done with school in New Rome. They already bought a house they live together in.

One Saturday afternoon, Percy and Annabeth were watching TV on the couch together when they got an Iris message from Chiron. Percy stood first to greet him. "Hey Chiron, haven't seen you in a while."

"Hello Percy and Annabeth. I can't continue this message long, but we are having a gathering for Fourth of July, and we would be honored to have both of you attend."

Percy glanced back at Annabeth and they both exchanged a look. "We would love to." said Annabeth, with a mouthful of popcorn.

"Great, see you then." The iris message vanished.
