Ash's POV

As Ash ended the call with Lillie, he put his new Pokeball on his belt and began to walk back outside. He walked quite a distance into the forest. He walked until he stumbled upon two men and a couple of Pokemon. He first walked up to Gary,"Did he try anything?" Ash asked. "No." Gary replied. Ash looked at red, he was stroking his Pikachu's head. Lucario was about to stand him up, but Ash stopped him. "No, let him walk on his own." Lucario nodded,"Greninja return." Ash said as he returned Greninja. "Are you confident that that mangy mutt will save you from my mewtwo?" Red questioned. "Try and see, Brother." Ash simply replied before looking forward. Red was silent. They walked a couple of yards until they appeared at the Pokemon center. "How about a battle? My apprentice's pokemon hasn't been the best sparring partner." Red said. "Sure. lets go heal our Pokemon." said Ash.

3rd person

As the group walked into the center the traitors, serena and paul walked out of their rooms and into the main hub. As they saw the group, they took note of red who had a similar appearance to Ash all those years ago. Thinking that it was Ash they walked up," Ash is that you?" Misty asked looking at the boy in red. "Hmm?" Red hummed as he looked over at the ex-Kanto water type gym leader. He gave her a state for a good couple of mins before saying,"Didn't you used to be a gym leader?" He asked,"Yes I did." She replied."Why do you look so much like Ash?" Ash and Red traded glanced, Red understood Ash's look. Ash signaled Gary and they both walked towards the door while red stayed talking to the group. "Because I'm his brother." Red said as Ash and Gary walked through the door." What!?!" The group except Paul exclaimed. 'What are you up too?' Paul thought,"Have you seen your brother recently?" May asked,"Yes I have." "Well where would he be?" "None of you would be strong enough to face him." Red said nonchantly. "What did you say." Misty croaked while narrowing her eyes. "I don't repeat myself." "Here is your pokemon. We hope you come again." Nurse joy chirped happily as she gave red his pokeball. "Thanks." Red said as he grabbed the pokeball and snapped it to his belt. "I could destroy you easily." Misty challenged. "Please, the day you can do that is the day you are an attractive girl, but we both know it'll never happen." Red countered. Misty scoffs and turns to Brock. Red turns to walk out the door. When he was about to walk out the door he could hear foot steps behind him. Brock threw a Right hook, but red dashes under his arm and kicked his side before charging at him with his elbow.

Ash's POV

"The fuck is taking so long." Gary groaned sitting on a bench. "We're about to see for ourselves." I said looking at the pokemon center door. The second those words left my mouth, the door opens and Brock comes flying out and hits the ground. Red began to chuckle. "Maybe you should be more vigilant before engaging your target." Red said. "Anyway, battle time." I nod and walk to the other side of the battle field. "What'll it be fellas?" Gary asked "1 on 1?" Red asked," Whatever let's just get this over with." I said. "Alright, this'll be a 1 on 1, you know the rules. Battle begin!"

3rd person

"Mewtwo, I choose you!" Red yells.

"Lucario, lets go." Ash said

"Ok mewtwo, Shadow ball lets go!"

"Dodge."

Shadow ball misses. "Get in there and use Aura sphere." Lucario dashes forward "Psychic!" "Now!" Red looks in shock as lucario teleports behind Mewtwo and blasts it with dragon pulse. Mewtwo shrieks in pain as it flies forward. "Fuck, Mewtwo you ok?" Red asks. Mewtwo stands up before nodding to Red. "Good, now like we practiced." Red smirked. mewtwo nodded before using extreme speed to get behind Lucario and then hit him with a barrage of shadow balls. "Come on Bud, get up." Ash called. "Get him, Psyshock!" "Extreme speed." Lucario looked up before disappearing and reappearing behind Mewtwo." Kick him into the psyshock!" Ash commanded. Lucario stored a small amount of aura into his hind paw before kicking mewtwo, which made him fly into his own psyshock."The attempt was nice, an extreme speed would've worked better." Ash criticized, Red growled before commanding,"Close Combat!" "Predict and evade." As Mewtwo began to thrown punches and kicks at lucario, he predicted every movement and dodged all of them. Mewtwo had tired itself out and lucario took the opening. "Finish it! Aura Combat!" Ash commanded, "Mewtwo No!" Lucario began to beat into Mewtwo with a barrage of Aura infused punches and kicks. As Lucario threw the final punch it connected with mewtwo's jaw. The sheer force sent it into the tree line. "Mewtwo!" Red yelled as the turned and ran towards his pokemon. "Good job Lucario." "Thank you master." Lucario bowed. Ash put his hand atop Lucario's head a began to rub his head and gave the back of his ears a tender scratching before retracting his hand and returning Lucario. Ash looked at Red who checked his mewtwo for any fatal wounds and returned him. "Quite the battle little bro." Red said. "We're the same age." Ash said irritated. Red chuckled before standing. "HEY! Pretty Boy!" Shouted Misty. "Yes?" Red asked with a bored stare. "Battle, right here and now." Misty said. "Why not." Red said pulling a Pokeball off of his belt. "You wanna have one of your friends help. I don't want to completely embarrass you." Red proposed. "If you feel so confident, then fine. Brock! Come here." Misty said. "This guy thinks he can take the two of us in battle, lets show him." Misty said, Brock only replied with a simple nod. "Lets get it started then,if your both ex gym leaders then you know the rules. How about a 2 on 1?" Red said. "If you want to be crushed that bad, then sure." Misty spat. "You have spirit, but spirit and skill are needed to win a battle, lets see if you have any skill." Red said as he tossed his pokeball at the field."Charizard, Lets go!" "Gyarados, battle time!" "Steelix, you're up!" Red eyed the mega stones on both pokemon and gave a smirk. "What are you looking at." Misty said narrowing her eyes. "Nothing." Red said dropping the grin. "Lets get started." Red said while looking at his charizard. "Yea, lets." Brock said. "Battle Begin!" Gary shouted. "Gyarados, hydro pump!" "Steelix stone edge." "Dodge." Charizard shot up into the air and dodged the stream of water and used evasive maneuvers to dodge the stone edge. "Swift!" Charizard arched its wing before swinging it forward, a stream of stars followed and hit the two pokemon. While steelix wasn't very effective, this did quite a bit of damage to gyarados. "Strike back with power gem!" "Dragon pulse!" "Dodge the dragon pulse and use focus blast to stop the Power gem!" "Graww!" Charizard roared before flying around the dragon pulse which began to follow him,"Crap..." red mumbled, Charizard gained momentum, giving him some distance from the power gem and dragon pulse. He then turned a spat a Focus blast. The blast went straight through the attacks and hit gyarados and steelix. While it didn't do much to gyarados, steelix was struggling. "Steelix are you ok?!?" Brock shouted." "Pay attention to the battle!" Misty shouted. 'Both idiots are distracted.' Red thought looking at the two argue. "Charizard flip and slam your tail into the floor!" Red shouted,"Huh?" Misty said looking back at the pokemon. Charizard followed his trainers directions and slammed his tail into the ground, shooting rocks at the two pokemon. "Fuck, Brock this is all your fault!" Misty shouted." What how!?" Brock shouted,"Grr, JUST SHUT UP AND FOCUS ON THE BATTLE!" Misty shouted," FINE, STEELIX MEGA EVOLVE!" Brock shouted." Now we're talking, mega evolve Gyarados." Misty calls. "Heh, time to get down to it. Charizard, mega evolve!" Red shouted.

The pokemon all stood still staring intensely at each other. Ash was sitting on the side line looking at the pokemon. 'Murderous intent.' Ash thought looking at the all pokemon's aura. He pulled a pokeball off his belt and released greninja. 'Wait, intervene if when I tell you too.' Ash said to greninja before looking back at the field. 'Which will I be attacking?' Greninja thought, 'Which ever one will be more of a pain in the ass to take down later.' Ash thought back. Greninja nodded and looked back at the field.

All three pokemon stared intently at each other, then red gives a smirk.

'No mercy Charizard.' Red says through aura, red's charizard grunts in return and looked at his opponents with the full intent of killing them.
