"..." I rolled around in my bed. "BZZT! BZZZZZT!" My alarm clock went crazy. "SHADDAP!" I shouted. I pressed the sleep button, and turned it off. "Ugh..." I yawned as I took a shower, and all those morning necessities and what not. I walked into the kitchen of my parents old house. They disappeared when I was ten years old. Luckily, I was homeschooled by my dad, so I don't have to deal with public schools. "Knock knoooock!!!" I heard Micah banging on my front door. "Who's theeeere?" I played along. "Really?" She opened the door. "What?" I laughed. "I'm here too." Takashi said, following her inside. Takashi and Micah were my best friends, and they live right next door! "Alrighty! Time to play the "Guess when Ace woke up." Game!" Micah joked. "Fifteen minutes ago." I said. "Whaaaat? Naw man that's not possible." She laughed. "She's right." Takashi laughed. "Wow... Rude." I huffed. "We're just joking around... Chill." She said. "Ah! Micah were gonna be late!" Takashi said. "Shit! Well, see ya!" Micah waved, as did Takashi before they exited the house. "...?" I raised an eyebrow as I rubbed the back of my neck. "Why did I want to go to the pond in the forest all of a sudden...?" I asked myself. "...!"

10 Years ago...

"Hey dad?" I asked, as I walked over to my dad. "Yeah?" He asked, ruffling my hair. "How did mommy find you?" I asked. "Well, when someone gets a strange feeling to go somewhere, chances are you'll meet your legendary in that place." He said. "Do you think I'll be able to get one?" I asked, with a big smile on my face. "...Maybe." He said, smiling slightly. "I met your dad in an abandoned mansion." Mom walked into the living room. "Sadly, that place was torn down a few months ago." She said. "Dad is a legendary too, right?" I asked my mom. She laughed slightly before pushing a strand of her bright blue hair out of her face. "Yes. Yes he is." She smiled.

'IM GETTING A LEGEND?!?!' I thought. "I gotta go there right now!" I said. "Ah!" I almost tripped. "Phew... Anyways, I'd better get going!" I said. 'I wonder what legendary I'm gonna get...' I thought, walking to the pond. 'Maybe Manaphy... No, maybe Kyogre...?' I thought. 'It has to be a water type legendary... Right?' I thought. 'Hrm...' I thought. 'Definitely not Palkia... Or Suicune, or Lugia...' I thought. I arrived at a small pond in a clearing of the forest. "Whoa..." I looked around, and there were plants that glowed all kinds of colors. "Wow... It's like a fairy tale..." I said, looking around at the whimsical area I was in. "Ahem..." I heard a girls voice. I looked over and saw a girl with beautiful blue hair and eyes, that had... Horns? Her horns were like those of a deer, except they had what looked like crystals of all colors through them. "Greetings, Ace." She bowed. "Whaaaat...?!" I said. "You seem... Familiar..." She said. "Ah! You're Darkrai's son, aren't you." She giggled. "It's a pleasure to meet you... I, am Xerneas." She smiled.
