i had started going to school less as everyday i was treated like shit. my family was still very supportive of my decision. the only thing i was really stumped on was a name. then there was a knock at the door. Jamie got the door and there was Daniel and Kara. Kate walked over and said "holy frik hi queen. we need to go to your place to play Mario karts. and i will not let you beat me!"

"HELL FUCKING YES! Kara will be joining us. and if possible can Aria come? i wanna see how my mom will react." to which Kate responded "i don't have a problem with Kara coming. but we'll have to ask Aria if she wants to come." she looked at me and i nodded. Estelle came out of the kitchen and said "if Aria is going then i'm coming too." Daniel said it was fine and while we were walking down the street to Daniel's house i smiled at Estelle with gratitude and she smiled back. the 2 of us are inseparable . where Estelle goes i go and where i go Estelle goes. we walked inside and Kate and Daniel began playing their Mario kart right away. Austin came downstairs and yelled "WHAT THE HELL ARIA? WHY THE FUCK ARE YOU HERE? GOD DAMMIT LEAVE! YOUR DAMN SISTER BEING HERE IS BAD ENOUGH!"

then his mom came out of the kitchen. "Austin! don't speak to Aria like that. i'm assuming you guys had a fight and broke up but still! there is no need to swear at her!" Ms.James said. Austin responded "mom its so much worse then that." she sighed and said "okay then. Austin and Aria please come here." Ms.James then sat us down on a couch and asked "can you explain the fight to me?" i lowered my head but Austin angrily screamed "SHE IS A SLUT! THIS WHORE IS PREGNANT! I DOUBT ITS EVEN MY FUCKING CHILD!" Ms.James lowered her head and stayed silent. i thought she would scream at me but after a couple minutes she said "Austin Daniel James! don't talk like that. ya know Aria...i had Daniel exactly 1 month before my 18th birthday."

i looked up and sorta averted my eyes not really sure what to say."i know your probably feeling a little uncomfortable. Kate and Aria can you tell me how Daniel has reacted to this?"  i thought for a second and then said "he hasn't really seemed to care. i guess he's been accepting...i don't know." she nodded and said "well since i'm gonna be a grandmother i would like you to feel comfortable with me at least on a first name basis. my name is Helena." i stood up and smiled. "okay then. hello Helena. i'm Aria." she smiled at me and said "why don't you sit back down. how is Lindy doing?" "she is doing fine." my mom's name is Malinda but since she was a young girl her nickname has been Lindy. "that's good." she said standing up. "how about you go home with Kara and Estelle? i'll make sure Austin is punished."  i stood up and said "okay. girls lets go. see you later Kate!" we then made our way down to my house.

we sat down on my bed and talked. "i'm surprised Ms.James was so accepting. although she did say she had Daniel at 17." Estelle said. 'uh-huh." i said tired out of my mind. Kara said "i'm gonna go. how about you come over to my place tomorrow? anyways i'll see you too tomorrow morning." and off she went.

the next day we went over to Kara's place. we knocked and her mom opened it. "hello Estelle and Aria....oh...i see you've packed on a few pounds Aria. please come in." at this point i was about 5-6 months in so i can't blame her for thinking i'm just fat. of course her mind wouldn't revert to pregnant right away. i walked up to Kara and hugged her. "hey Kara! how you doing?" she smiled and responded "i'm doing fine. what about you and Estelle?" "we're fine." Estelle said. Kara then whispered to me she said...

"you should tell my mom."

"no! Kara i can't do that! i don't even know her first name." i respond. "its Sara. now my god just tell her." for a minute i thought about it and was like whats the worst that can happen. if she doesn't support this then its not like she can smack me or anything. "Ms.Foster...Kara thinks i should tell you something." looked up she asks "is it bad?" i shake my head. "well...Kara thinks i should tell you that i'm...uh...well...she thinks i should tell you i'm pregnant." Ms.Foster's face went from a kind smile to shock. she then pushed past me and said "Kara Mindy Foster. i don't want you speaking with Aria ever again. but you are permitted to speak with Estelle. Aria is a bad influence. now Aria i get out of my house."  not saying anything i began to head for the door "of course ma'am" but Kara then yelled "Aria wait! mom can we talk for a second? Aria wait with Estelle on the couch." then went upstairs to her room for about a half hour.

when they came downstairs Ms.Foster said "i'm sorry for what i said Aria. Kara has convinced me that you are not a bad influence and that if anything you have taught her what not to do. so you 2 can stay friends." i responded "its fine Ms.Foster." but after that me and Estelle left and we got home i went straight to sleep.
