      It was all like dream. Sure, I could feel the blood pooling around my knees, the metal hand on my clothed shoulder. I could hear the gunshots, the groaning of pain. The smell of iron and power, wafting and drifting through the air. But I...I feel...detatched. Like I turned numb and could no longer understand what was happening around me. To me.

   "Why do you even bother to keep me alive?" My voice was so quiet, I didn't even think he'd hear. But luck was and wasn't on my side. He put his hand under my chin and tilted my head back. We stared at each other, till he broken the painstaking silence.
