Episode 3-24: Advice From The Faery Prince

Hours have passed after campus ended when it's nighttime where everyone went back to their dorms except for Glory, who went alone without Grim as she told Jack to take him home so she could gaze her dorm that will soon to be destroyed after tomorrow.

While gazing at her dorm, Glory let's out a sigh and tucks her raven strand under her left ear.

"Tomorrow's the last day to retrieve the photo from the Atlantica Memorial Museum...yet those twins are in the way..." Glory mutters. Then she lifts her right hand with a intent look.

"Vivien did said that the sundrop flower won't be enough to defeat him, so I have to use the hurt incantation as well before I use the healing incantation to beat him." Glory mumbles. Suddenly green lights has appeared out of the blue and Glory glance up to notice the green lights floating in the night sky.

"Green light? That's new." Glory mutters, but soon she heard the grass rustling from behind as Glory turns around to see the horned fae.

"...Hm? Aren't you..." Malleus mutters, but before he could say anything, Glory let's out his nickname for him.

"Mal!" Glory chirps stunning the tall fairy.

"Mal? By 'Mal' you mean me?" He ask curiously.

"You never directly admit that you're Malleus, so I'm calling you Mal because it's short for your name." Glory told him. Though bewildered, the young tall fairy let's out a soft chuckle.

"Pfft... Hahaha! I can't believe I'm Mal! You really seen to know no fear." He chuckles.

It's also the fact that I got that name after a character from the movie Descendants....

She thought with a sweatdrop while grinning. He then turns back to Glory with a grin.

"It's fine. I am the one who told you to call me what you'd like. I'll allow you to call me by that odd nickname." He said. Glory strokes her head sheepishly before looking back.

"...Umm I received your letter from weeks ago...I appreciate it." Glory thank him and the tall fairy grin.

"I'm flattered at you love it. Though this is the first time I ever written a letter with a heartfelt message to a human. I had to get advice from Lilia to help me with writing since I'm not a good writer myself." Malleus explains and she giggles.

"Well I'm flattered that a tall handsome fairy sends me a letter. It was quite nice of you to do." Glory praises with a small grin making Malleus blink his eyes twice.

"I'm flattered that you felt that way..." He mutters with his usual stoic expression and she nods.

"Speaking of Lilia, did you told him about my magic?" Glory ask curiously.

"I did, but I didn't tell Silver and Sebek about it." He said.

"Hm?" Glory looked puzzled when he said as Malleus let's out a chuckle.

"Both Silver and Sebek are telling me that I shouldn't be near you since you're the reincarnation of Mother Gothel even though I don't see you that way. So I decided to let them figure it out that you're different from her." Malleus reassures with a sly grin and Glory smirks at the tall fairy.

"Aren't you a sly fairy." She teases making him chuckle as he smirks.

"Isn't wrong? I rather keep it secret from those two until the time has come." He assures with an amused smirk.

"It's quite amusing actually." Malleus reassures with his signature cunning smirk that had Glory allured.

Damn...I might be place in an enchantment spell cuz for a young male version of Maleficent, he sure looks sexy when he smirks....

Glory thought while deeply enchanted over the tall handsome sexy fairy prince. But she quickly shook her head out of her lovey-dovey thoughts and glance back at Malleus who stares at her dorm.

"...By the way, this dorm has been quite lively inside for the past couple days. Are there more residents other than you?" Malleus making Glory biting her lower lip awkwardly averting her eyes before she stared back at him.

"Yeaaaah about that, I made a deal with Azul two days ago cuz not only that my friends and the other boys were used as bait to lure me into his trap, but I'm also trying to free them so the anemones on their heads will be removed. Glory explains stunning the tall fairy.

"What? A deal with Ashengrotto? I see...Is that so?" Malleus ask and she nods.

"Yes and I have one day to retrieve that photo from the museum and if I fail, then my dorm will become theirs and I have to move to the Octavinelle dorm." Glory explains further making the tall fairy nod at her.

"I see. Then tomorrow after sunset this place will become his and become a lively meeting place for other students as well as transferring to Octavinelle." Malleus understood before forming a smirk.

"Your face says you object to that. Do you not enjoy talking like you've already lost?" He ask curiously as Glory grimace as she clench her fists reminiscing back on the first time she wields the moonstone opal.

"Something like that, but most of all...I'm scared." She admits making the tall fairy tilts his head and cross his arms.

"Scared?" He tilts his head looking curiously as Glory squints her eyes before exhaling through her nostrils and lifts her right hand.

"I'd developed this new power yesterday. Although I'm trying, I'm anxious on what's going to happened...I...I don't want to hurt anyone again." Glory expresses as she feels the trauma haunting her mind. It scarred her so much that she could feel her eyes swell up as Glory is on the verge of tearing up and Malleus notice her eyes swelling with tears. Noticing her vulnerability, Malleus felt sympathy for the distressed ravenette since he's aware how vulnerable humans can be.

Feeling sympathy for the young ravenette, the tall fairy approaches her as he gently lifts her chin to his gorgeous green eyes.

"There's no need to fret. I don't know exactly what kind you have now, but I can assure you that there's a chance that you'll win." He comforts as he caresses her right cheek with his thumb before forming a gentle smile.

"Whatever the power that you possessed is yours to control. You can do anything with it as you take step by step on controlling it." He said as Glory leans her head to his hand as she crept her right hand to his hand.

"That's...what I'm trying to do yet it's difficult. That means I have to be strong." Glory informs.

"You don't have to be." He assures.

"Hm?" Glory became baffled when he says this.

"Strength doesn't come from what you can do. Strength comes from overcoming the things you thought you couldn't. That's what humans faced when they're at their lowest moments. It's what makes them human and you're one of them, Titania. It's what makes you alluring. You're the most straightforward, bravest, and kindest human that I ever met." Malleus reassures with Glory deeply moved by his reassuring encouragement as she feels her heart slowly beating and the haunted memory slowly fades from her mind as she is in ease when with the calming and gentle fairy prince.

How is everyone in this campus afraid of him? He's...just a genuinely sweet guy.

Glory thought before smiling warmly at the kindhearted fairy as he tilts his head slightly while humming silently yearning to change the subject to cheer the poor ravenette human. Then an idea pop from his head as he turns back to Glory.

"Did you know, the walls of this dorm have some wonderful gargoyles carvings on them?" Malleus ask perking up the ravenette.

"You mean like the monster statues?" Glory ask whose already peeking interest as her eyes glimmer with innocent curiosity.

"Gargoyles may appear like a monster carving with a sinister appearance at first glance but...They are actually a type of gutter made so that rain water doesn't damage the walls." He informs.

"They may look terrifying but...They are something that dearly cares for the home. Intrigued, Glory let's out a soft giggle while endeared by the fascinating tales about gargoyles.

"Sounds like a gap between their looks and role." She compliments peeking a smile and Malleus nods with a smile.

"There are times when what you see is the exact opposite of reality." He informs as he averts his eyes.

"...I would also like this place to not be noisy every night. Struggle with all your might and prove you can protect your dorm." Malleus reassures with a smile. Glory stares at him for a moment before she responds.

"You're not as bad that people deemed you to be." Glory said.

"Hm?" Malleus looks puzzled.

"Well...I don't get why everyone so afraid of you." Glory states before giggling softly and smiled at him.

"It's funny that people assume you as this scary tall mage that everyone is afraid of, but then reality you're actually a sweet and gentle guy." Glory compliments and the tall fairy huffs.

"People deemed us as intimidating and terrifying. You're misunderstood and I'm misunderstood, so we're both equal and we both see each other in a different light." Malleus informs before letting out a light chuckle.

"It's ironic that people believe that a lovely gentle human girl like yourself is going to become the next Gothel. I find that ridiculous. You're nothing like her at all, you're just a different person from what I've seen so far. And you're not bad for a human with sheer resemblance from that crone. You're just a sweet, talented, honest, and alluring maiden." Malleus assures as he smiled gently at her causing Glory to be touched by his kind and honest words.

"Don't let anyone bring you down otherwise." He reassures with a gentle smile. As soon as he backs away, Glory felt a sudden adrenaline in her body when she walks and extends her hand out to the mysterious tall fairy.

"Wait..."

"Hm?"

Malleus stares at the ravenette with a puzzled look when she grabs his wrist.

"Let's exchange numbers." Glory suggests stunning the tall fairy.

"My number?" He ask with a puzzled look and she nods.

"Yeah. I want to get to know you more cuz I like you Mal. You seem to be a cool guy to hang out with and I want to offer my friendship with you." Glory suggests causing the tall fairy to be surprised by her kind offering to the point where he became speechless. He's been uninvited to special events for his entire life and to hear someone like a human girl offer such a generous notion left a warmth feeling inside of his chest. Moved by her generosity, Malleus crept a genuine smile.

"You don't fear me at all. It's strange yet...engaging." Malleus mutters before letting out a chuckle.

"But I can't decline such a genuine offer that like. You're quite an interesting human, so I will accept your offering." Malleus said lightening up the ravenette and she nods.

"Awesome!" Glory perks as she and Malleus pull out their phones and exchange numbers. Right after the bleep, Malleus puts his phone away and he grins at Glory.

"It's a pleasure meeting you again, Titania. Be sure to keep my word in your mind." He reassures as he flashes her a gentle smile one last time before he vanishes to light sparkles in thin air. Once he vanished, Glory was left smiling warmly as she glance down at her phone containing his number with a huge grin plastered on her face.

"He's really not that bad." Glory mutters with a grin. Then she glance back at her dorm with a serious expression.

Expectation and reality, are opposites huh?

Glory thought curiously while staring at her dorm before she perks a confident smile and puts her phone away in her pocket.

"No worries, I got this! I have to keep training hard to prove Azul and the Leech twins that the ramshackle dorm is mine. It may be tough, but...I can do this! You will set those boys free! You got this!" Glory reassures herself giving into her confidence as she marches her way back to the Savanaclaw dormitory with a grey eyes filled with determination preparing herself for the final day.

Later at the another world, the female traveler's steed were galloping their way to Corona's castle like a speeding bullet where she is bustling straight through the streets of Corona.

"Almost there Fidella, let's pick up the pace!!" She reassures as the light brown horse neighs lightheartedly where she did what she ordered and gallop her way towards the Corona castle.

Meanwhile at the castle, the two guards are standing there minding their business while protecting the main entrance.

"Man, things have been quite exhausting for the Queen." The Royal guard states.

"I know right? The Queen was been distressed over the sundrop flower despite her father telling her that the sundrop and the Moonstone are gone." The second royal guard informs.

"Do you believe that the sundrop flower and the Moonstone Opal is still lingering out there?" The first royal guard ask curiously causing the second guard to lift his head laying his hand on his chin.

"Hmm I don't know. We were searching for the two yesterday at the forest as by Captain Eugene and Rapunzel, but neither of us hasn't found a single thing." The second guard points out.

"Yeah...I find that odd." He agrees looking very baffled by this. Soon their conversation has soon interrupted when their eyes widen to heard the faint gallop and both guards glance forward to see an equestrian galloping towards them. Shocked, both guards held their spears and point at the ominous equestrian until their eyes widen in complete 180 when a shadow reveals to be the former handmaiden and the Queen's former bodyguard.

"It's...you." The first guard utters.

"Cassandra..." The second guard mutters with eyes widen in shock as the ravenette crept a small grin.

"Hey guys. Is Raps here right now?" She ask curiously.

"She's in the castle at the living room right now." He told her as Cassandra got off of her steed and saunters to the guards.

"I'll be going inside if you insist." Cassandra consoles.

"Yes ma'am!" They both saluted making the ravenette sigh.

"Guys, I don't work here anymore." She assures them.

"You may not be, but you're still our strong solider in our hearts." The second guard reassures and Cassandra grins warmly at him.

"Thanks." She replies.

"Hey! What's up with the-."

Suddenly the brunette captain of the guards showed up when he widens his eyes to see his longtime friend at the entrance.

"Cass!? What you are doing here?" Eugene ask curiously surprised to see her as Cassandra strolls to him with a gentle grin.

"Hey Fitzherbert. Is raps around? I gotta tell her something important." Cassandra informs. Eugene furrows her brows and lined lips knowing what she's talking about.

"It's about Moonstone isn't it?" He ask with intuition and the ravenette nods. Understanding, Eugene turns around but shifts his eyes at the two guards.

"I'm taking her to my wife. You guys do what you're doing." Eugene orders and they both saluted.

"Yes captain!" They both complied as Cassandra giggles softly and turns to Eugene with a small grin.

"This feels like home alright." Cassandra remarks lightheartedly as Eugene chuckles softly and grins.

"It sure is. Come on, I gotta reunite you two ladies together again." Eugene assures with a hint of playfulness in his tone making her chortle a friendly smile missing his corny jokes.

"Real cute, Fitzherbert." She dryly remarks and he shrugs.

"What I can, I'll always be the charming Royal guard that you'll ever know." He quips and she rolls her eyes.

"Mhm hm. Sure. Let's go." Cassandra said as she walks passes Eugene as he scratches the cheek with his finger.

"*sighs* This takes me back." He mutters as he follows after Cassandra to the castle where their meeting with her best friend and queen of Corona begins...
