Diary

Mordecai and Rigby are walking in (Y/n)'s room. "Dude, let's water them later." Rigby said. "No! We're watering (Y/n)'s plants now!" Mordecai shouted. They continue into the inside. Mordecai & Rigby continue to walk into (Y/n)'s room. "Ugh! You're so whipped." Mordecai & Rigby stop walking for a moment. "No, I'm not." Mordecai said. "Yeah right! You're whipped with a capital..." Rigby raises arm and makes a whip noise. "Can we just get this over with?" Rigby asked.

"Chill, dude!" Mordecai walks over to a bookshelf. He then grabs a picture frame. In it, he sees (Y/n), Margaret and Eileen in the desert. "I can't believe (Y/n) asked us to water her plants while she's gone for the weekend. I think this really shows a level of trust." Mordecai said. "Well duh, we're her best friends, you idiot." Rigby said. "Yeah, but usually she's always wanted us to stay "out" of her room, remember?" Mordecai asked. "True... she'd usually always be like "get outta here!" Rigby said in a badly high pitched (Y/n) voice, while dramatically waving his arms.

"Man, she's got a lot of plants!" Rigby said. Mordecai opens another cabinet. "I can't believe you told her you'd water all these. What a chump." Rigby said. "Well like you said, it's because (Y/n)'s our best friend." Mordecai said, and Rigby scoffs. "Yeah, your friend without benefits." He grumbled. "Hey, shut up and help me find the watering can." Rigby groans and the duo begin looking for the can. First, Mordecai opens a cabinet, but then closes it when he sees no can. Next, Rigby walks past her bathroom, seeing no can. Then, Mordecai looks into the closet for the can, and then closes it. Last, Rigby tries to open the bedroom door, but finds it locked.

On the door, there is a red hat. Rigby picks up the hat, puts it on, then does another terrible (Y/n) impression. "Oh, Mordecai, he's alright." Rigby leans against the fridge. "Besides, it's not like we're dating or anything. I just let him come in my room to water my plants sometimes." He said. "Hey, put that back!" Mordecai shouted. "No. I wanna wear it while I water the plants." Rigby said. "Put it back!" Mordecai shouted. "Make me." Rigby said. Mordecai shoves Rigby in an attempt to knock the hat off of him. The fight goes on for a few seconds as Rigby yells.

"Get off of me! I wanna wear it while I water the plants!" He shouted. Rigby goes headfirst into a bookshelf, knocking down a diary from the bookshelf and ripping the lock. "Dude, what did you do?!" Mordecai picks up the book. "What do you mean, what did I do?! You pushed me!" Rigby shouted. "Dude, you broke it!" Mordecai shouted. "Yeah right, you can't break books!

And besides, even if it did break, just put it back and don't say anything!" Rigby said. "Dude, you totally broke it! Look, this thing has a lock on it." Mordecai flips it back. "What? What kind of book has a lock on it?" Rigby asked. "I don't know." From Mordecai's point of view, the opening page reads, in courier text, "THIS DIARY BELONGS TO," and, on the bottom, it says (Y/n)'s name in underlined italics. "Oh no." He closes the diary. "What?" Rigby asked.

"This is (Y/n)'s diary! Dude, she's gonna think I was reading her diary!" He leans against the wall. "This is bad." He said. "Dude, what's the big deal? It's just some lame old diary. I mean, why do people even need to keep secrets? I don't have any secrets. Do you have any secrets? I know I sure don't." Rigby lied. "I don't care! If she comes home and finds this thing broken, she's gonna think I read it! We have to fix it before she gets back." Mordecai said. Mordecai puts the broken lock back to place. "Come on, come on." The lock falls off. "Agh." He said. "Will you chill out? It's not gonna stick without glue." Rigby gets up from the couch.

"Agh, looks like Rigby has to bail you out again." He goes into the kitchen and looks through one of the cabinets and he finds "Supe the Glup" "Aw yeah, "Supe the Glup." He said. "Dude, just a drop." Mordecai said. "I know." Rigby said. "Just a drop." Mordecai said. "I know!" He squirts a lot of glue on the diary. Mordecai pushes Rigby. "Dude, I said "Just a drop!" He shouted.

"You were making me nervous!" Rigby shouted. Mordecai takes out a tissue and tries to use it to wipe off the glue, but it rips. "Aw, man!" He swipes the glue out of Rigby's hands. "Let me see that glue. Ok, ok, ok. It says here we can remove the glue with heat." He said. "Let me handle it." Rigby said. Mordecai and Rigby head to the kitchen, and put the diary in the microwave, but Mordecai pushes Rigby before he can push start. "Wait." He had a bad feeling about this for some reason. "We're not putting anything in the microwave." He said. Now Mordecai is out of her room and turns on the grill to heat up the glue, and it starts to drip. "Dude, it's working." Rigby said.

"Yeah it is." The glue drips on the fire, and explodes, which leaves the diary on fire. Mordecai is shocked and gets a towel to put the fire out. Then Rigby comes out with lighter fluid. "I got it. I got it." He shouted. "Dude, that's not—!" Rigby squirts the fluid on the diary, and now made it look worse. Mordecai then uses a fire extinguisher to cool the diary off. Mordecai and Rigby then rush to the bathroom and throw the diary in the toilet. "You think she'll notice?" Rigby asked.

The duo later go to Skips to ask him for help. "Can you fix it?" Mordecai said. "What is this?" Skips asked. "It's (Y/n)'s diary." Mordecai said. "Why does it look like that?" Skips asked. "It's a long story." Rigby said. Skips picks up the diary, and takes a good look at it. "Oh, hmmm.... Sorry, this can't be fixed with any traditional methods." He said. "Ugh. Well do you have any un-traditional ones?" Mordecai asked. "Of course. There is one way, I could transfer it to a new diary using a magic quill pen." Skips said. "Thank you Skips." Mordecai said.

"In order for this to work, we have to be in the same place where the diary was broken." Skips said. "(Y/n)'s room back at Pops' house." Rigby said. "But first I want you both to know is that diaries are a serious business, cause they can contain secrets. And secrets must be protected at all cost." Skips said. "Yeah Skips we know." Rigby said. "Do you?" Skips pauses. "Look, out of respect for (Y/n)'s secrets, I'm gonna help you guys. But, you have to take it seriously and do exactly as I say." He said. "Yeah, Skips, we promise." Mordecai said. "Yeah, we promise." Rigby said.

"Well you better, because secrets are a force to be reckoned with." Skips said. They are now back in (Y/n)'s room, and Skips places (Y/n)'s diary and a different journal on the table. "Ah, what?! That doesn't look anything like (Y/n)'s diary." Rigby said. "As in written content, so too in physical appearance, will the books become identical. Alright, guys, join hands." Everyone joins hands except for Rigby. "I'm not gonna hold hands!" Rigby said. "C'mon, dude, just do it, he's trying to help us out." Mordecai said.

"Ugh! Fine." Rigby said. "Okay, it's time to begin. Now, no matter what ya hear, you mustn't look at (Y/n)'s thoughts as the quill transfers the secrets." Skips opens the box with the quill inside it, a strong wind blows through as the quill levitates. Mordecai and Rigby are stunned. "Now we must all close our eyes." Everyone except Rigby does. "Rigby, close your eyes." Skips said. "Fine, I'm closin' em." He closes his eyes. "Begin." Ghoulish whispers begin to fill the room.

"What're they saying?" Rigby asked. "Just keep your eyes closed and ignore them." Skips said. There is a pause, and more whispers. "HOW MUCH LONGER IS THIS GONNA TAKE?!" Mordecai said. "It should be any minute, just keep your eyes closed!" Skips shouted. Rigby opens his eyes, (Y/n)'s secrets, taking the appearance of ghosts, are floating around in a black room. It appears as if Skips and Mordecai are barely hanging on to each other. "Cool."

The quill and the books turn into (Y/n)'s face, and it screams at Rigby. "AHH!" The room morphs into (Y/n)''s room, the table falls on the floor. Skips opens his eyes, surprised. "The transfer is incomplete. Did everyone keep their eyes shut?" Skips asked. "I kept mine shut!" They look at Rigby. "What?!" They keep looking. "Alright, fine! There's a chance I might've maybe probably looked. Maybe."

Rigby said. "RIGBY! Do you have any idea what you've done?!" Skips shouted. There is screaming and stomping outside. "What is that?" Rigby asked. "It's coming from outside." Mordecai said. They go outside to look. "Woah!" They see a giant, flaming (Y/n) in a warrior's dress. People are running from it. "(Y/N)?!" Mordecai asked. "That's not (Y/n). When Rigby looked—" Skips began. "I SAID MAYBE LOOKED, MAYBE!" Rigby shouted. "He released the Guardian of (Y/n)'s Secrets." The Guardian stomps towards the house.

"She will destroy us for looking at her secrets." Skips said. "What do we do?!" Rigby asked. "There's only one way to stop this. Each of us must reveal a secret of our own, or she'll destroy us." She keeps advancing. "Alright. I'll go first. The reason I always skip is, in all my life, my heart yearned for only one woman. And we used to skip together all the time. On the day I lost her, I vowed to skip every day for the rest of my life, so that I'd never forget the time we spent together." Her fire goes out for a second, then it restarts. "I-IT'S WORKIN'! NOW TELL YOUR SECRETS!" Skips shouted.

"Uh, okay, uh, sometimes, when we're supposed to be cleaning out gutters, we go to get coffee instead!" Mordecai shouted. "Yeah, yeah, good one! And a lot of times, I don't even get coffee! I just don't feel like cleaning out the gutters!" Rigby said. She still advances. "No, it has to be something meaningful!" Skips shouted. She raises her fist, they scream as she destroys roof of the house. "HOW MEANINGFUL DOES IT HAVE TO BE?!" Rigby shouted. The house shakes, as Rigby screams, the Guardian reaches for the roof. "UNLESS YOU TELL A REAL SECRET, WE'RE ALL GONNA DIE!" Skips shouted.

"ALL RIGHT, I'LL DO IT! I LIKE TO SING ALONG TO REALLY BAD POP MUSIC!" Mordecai shouted. She rips off part of the roof. "I ATE A DOUGHNUT OUTTA THE TRASH!" Rigby shouted. The Guardian, who is holding a street lamp, is unaffected. "RIGBY! REMEMBER WHEN WE ORDERED BEDS FOR OUR ROOM AND YOUR'S NEVER SHOWED UP?! I LIED! I STACKED THEM UP AND I'VE BEEN SLEEPING ON THEM THE WHOLE TIME! I'M SORRY, DUDE, IT'S JUST TOO COMFORTABLE!" Mordecai shouted.

"Are you serious?" Her flames go out and restart, she walks away and gets a bus. "RIGBY! SAY SOMETHING!" Mordecai shouted. "AHH! WHEN I WAS LITTLE, I STOLE MY NEIGHBOR'S BIKE AND THREW IT OFF THE ROOF!" She's about to throw the bus. "IT HAS TO BE SOMETHING DEEP!" Skips shouted. "SOMETIMES I HIDE POPS' SHOES CAUSE I THINK IT'S FUNNY WHEN HE'S LOOKING FOR THEM! I'M A HORRIBLE PERSON! I HATE TAKING SHOWERS AND I HATE KITTENS! I LIED ABOUT BEING ON THE FOOTBALL TEAM! I LOVE (Y/N)!" That last one caught the two off guard. "I LOVE HER BUT AM TOO AFRIAD TO SAY ANYTHING BECAUSE WE HAVE A GOOD FRIENDSHIP AND I DON'T WANT TO RUIN THAT! WHICH IS WHY

I HAVEN'T TOLD HER YET AND DON'T REALLY PLAN TO!" Mordecai was shocked. He... loved her...? She disappears and the damage is repaired. "Let's finish this!" (Y/n)'s secrets go in as the book turns into (Y/n)'s diary. "Woah, it looks exactly like (Y/n)'s! Skips, how can we repay you?" Mordecai asked. "You remember that stuff I said about why I skip?" He asked. "Yeah." Mordecai said.

"No ya don't." Skips walks out as Mordecai puts her diary back Mordecai turns to Rigby. "Look, Mordecai, about earlier, can... can we just pretend that never happened, please?" Rigby turns away. "Hey dude, I'm not mad at you." Mordecai. His eyes widen and he turns to look at him. "You're not...?" He asked. "No, why would I be? I mean it's like you said before, (Y/n) and I aren't dating, we're just best friends, like you and me are. The three of us are, and... I want to keep it that way too." He said. "Mordecai, I know you love her the way I do,

and I'm sorry about all of the times I was a jerk about it, but let's just keep things the way they are. Besides, she likes Sam." Rigby said, a hint of sadness in his voice at the end. "Yeah, I know." Mordecai said. Later, the duo were planning to meet (Y/n) at the Coffee Shop. "I can't believe we got the diary back together." Mordecai said. "Yeah, what a pain. I never wanna water (Y/n)'s plants ever again." Rigby said. "Wait, did we actually ever water her plants?" Mordecai asked.

"Here she comes!" Rigby said. "Ha, ha! Oh, hey (Y/n)! How was your trip?" Mordecai asked. "It was nice." She said. "Well, you don't have to worry about your plants, or if the roof is still on your room, or whatever. Because it's fine is what I meant." He gives a nervous chuckle. "Oh. You guys didn't go and water them, did you?" (Y/n) asked. "Yeah, why?" Mordecai asked. "I forgot that I already asked Eileen to do it." (Y/n) said. "Really?" Mordecai said. "What?!" Rigby asked. "Yeah. Sorry you guys went through all that trouble." (Y/n) said. "I guess we just missed each other, so don't worry about it." Mordecai said. "Yeah, it's cool." Rigby said. "Hey, guys, here's your coffee." Eileen comes up without her glasses and crashes into the table.
