I walked to the front door with my friends. Remus was as pale as I was, and I grabbed his hand.
"It'll be okay." He whispered to my scared face. I nodded, unsure if I should speak or not.
"Alohamora." Sirius whispered, causing the doors to open. We walked into the mostly set sun, and ran past the lake into the Forbidden Forest.
"Please go, Sirius, James, Peter. Please, I don't want to hurt you." I told them, biting my lip. Sirius shook his head and winked. The three boys flipped and... They disappeared? In their places was a stag, a dog, and a rat.
"You're Animagi?" I gasped. The stag bobbed its head. The dog wrote with its paw in front of himself.
SIrIus it read, in crazy handwriting. He wrote JaMEs in front of the stag, and PeTer in front of the small rat. I hugged the black dog. He licked my face.
"Did you just kiss me?" I asked, and I swear the dog blushed.
"Hey, Morph. Here it comes." Remus's voice made me look up at the moon. It was rising slowly. I grabbed his hand one last time and prepared myself for the pain....
