(At the Watchtower, Superman is seen with Cyborg, Sinestro and Ra's Al Ghul as none of them is happy with the current situation.)

Ra's Al Ghul: Let me take this straight, a Kamen Rider who DOES look like the Ryuki guy was the very one who took Mr. Terrific from that prison Superman believed to be safe?

Sinestro: We must surpress this filth. They're leading people to anarchy. It cannot be allowed to spread.

(Suddenly the footage of Superman killing the Joker Clan is shown.)

Ra's Al Ghul: It looks like the detective has taken the opportunity to try to sway people from Kal-El's rule...

Superman: Yeah, I noticed that... Ra's Al Ghul, I want you to place A.M.A.Z.O. in a small town. I want to test that android of yours. Cyborg, gather all info from those other Kamen Riders who appeared here lately. Sinestro, gather Rias' Peerage and the remaining Pro Heroes.

(They nod and leave as Superman slams his fists on the wall.)

Superman: How many obstacles must I remove to reach worldwide peace?

(Meanwhile, a young boy is seen holding the Tiger Ridewatch, and suddenly sees Cyborg.)

????: Victor Stone... the one who killed my parents!

(Then he activates the Ridewatch.)

TIGER!

(The Ridewatch turns into Tiger's Advent Deck, and then Cyborg notices him and analyzes him.)

Cyborg: Ty Byakko? The son of two military soldiers? What is he doing here?

(Ty then prepares to transform.)

Ty: Henshin!

(Ty becomes Kamen Rider Tiger and gets in his fighting stance.)

Tiger: I shall bring justice for my family, and take down the Regimes.

Cyborg: (glares) They were military, they made Superman suffer with their endless wars, just like Batman!

Tiger: Batman? Yeah, him... I hate him too. He's nothing but a cold-blooded anto-hero. Unfortunately for you, this doesn't make us friends!

Cyborg: Friends? (scoffs) Do you really think I'm planning to be friends with a Kamen Rider?

Tiger: Thought you could say that. (pulls out his Destvisor) I bet Starfire and Beast Boy are rolling in their graves now.

(He pulls out his Strike Vent card and inserts it on his visor.)

STRIKE VENT!

(Cyborg readies his cannon and starts shooting Tiger, who shields himself with his Destclaws.)

Tiger: I have the powers of my animal Spirit of the Tiger, I will never back down from this fight and my name is Kamen Rider Tiger.

(Tiger then slashes Cyborg continuously before kicking him, sending him to crash into the wall. Victor growls in anger and readies his cannon, but Tiger pulls out another card and inserts it on his Destvisor.)

FREEZE VENT!

(Cyborg then is unable to move.)

Cyborg: (in mind) What's this? I... I can't move!

(Tiger then prepares to finish Cyborg.)

FINAL VENT!

(Destwilder then grabs Cyborg and drags him across the ground towards Tiger, who impales him with the Destclaws. Cyborg is then reduced to ashes.)

Tiger: Good riddance!

(TIger then reverts back to Ty, and then he sees a newspaper saying "Kamen Rider Ryuki stands up to Superman's Regime.")

Ty: Ryuki, I shall work with him with an alliance.

(Ty walks away, and as the screen fades out, Destwilder drags a heavy object and throws it at the screen, breaking it.)
