When we walked off the jet, all merrily talking we jumped.

"SURPRISE!" The team were all wearing party hats, and when they shouted there was a pop followed by streamers.

"WELCOME HOOOOME!!!"

"Guys!" Kid Flash ran around hugging everyone.

"Good to be back." I said.

"So this is 'the team'?" Slick asked.

"Yup." I answered. "We'll come on, time for you to make some new friends." I grabbed his arm and dragged him into the party. There was plenty of cake, but Kid Flash nearly ate it all until Artemis pulled him away.

"Woof!" Shadow, the puppy was a bigger than the last time I saw him, but still the guy I remember.

"Who's this little guy?" Slick asked rubbing his head.

"Just a puppy I was babysit in for- WORK! AH MAN! I AM SO FIRED!" Slick chuckled and patted my head.

"You'll be fine." He said. "You deserve a break." I gave a sigh and placed my head on the table. He chuckled.

"Come on," He pulled me up.

"Where are you taking me?" She asked as he pulled her along.

"You need to get your spirits high again." He pulled me on the dance floor.

"I can't dance." I said.

"Or you don't want to." He said with a smile. I sighed twisted to the beat.

"See." He smiled. I rolled my eyes.

"I tired." I said as I sat on the couch.

"Well, it is getting late anyways." He said sitting next to me. The party slowly cleared out only leaving a few others who were just sitting and talking.

"Were should I stay, for the night?" He asked.

"Hmm... I'm not sure." I said.

"I think I'll just use this couch." He said resting his head on the arm rest on the other side.

"Hmm.." I patted his hair down. "Well I'm going to hit the sack." I said.

"Night." I got up and left. I climbed into bed.

"It's good to be back." I said before closing my eyes and falling asleep.
