005. not the happiest place on earth this time

this is filled with wholesome family love, fluff, and fights at Disneyland!

grab your snacks and get comfy because its gonna be a long one from here on out.  It was cold for me where I live while writing this so I had my hoodie on, a cozy throw blanket and hot chocolate.

Enjoy :)

Hailey was excited that she could barely sleep last night.  Her husband was coming home and she was so excited to see him and she knew their kids would be too.  She had already dropped Charlotte and Mason off at school and was now feeding Aurora breakfast which consisted of her favorite - pancakes.

Aurora opened her mouth which signaled she wanted more and Hailey fed her more.

Aurora continued to eat her favorite breakfast as Hailey was now counting down the hours until she would see her husband again.

"You like them, Rory?" Hailey asked her daughter as she continued to eat them like no tomorrow.  Hailey let out a small chuckle as she video recorded her daughter and Dodger sat right next to her high chair.  Dodger and Aurora were very close with each other and he followed her around everywhere.

Aurora paid her mom no attention as she did what seemed like a happy dance in her high chair.

*

His flight had landed thirty minutes ago but with the LA traffic, she ended up being late, even though she left early.  She had sent him a voice text letting him know she was on her way.

Even though he tried to be incognito, paparazzi had still recognized him and were trying to get pictures of him as he walked to the area where he told his wife he would meet her.  People walking around the airport were trying to figure out who he was since he was wearing sunglasses and his henley hat.  Though some had figured it out and got some quick pictures with him as he made his way outside to the drop off area.

"Hey man, how's the family?" The paparazzi guy asked but Chris stayed silent and didn't answer.  "You excited to see them?  I saw Hailey's post that she was missing you."

Over the years, Chris had learned that if you don't give the paparazzi what they want, they eventually go away.  But since he and Hailey had just shown their kids on social media, he knew that wouldn't happen.  He just wasn't one of those celebrities that liked to talk to paparazzi and thankfully neither was his wife.

Hailey pulled up to where her husband was and honked to get his attention, which it did.  He let out a sigh of relief and Hailey opened up the trunk as she got out to help him.

"Hi honey," Hailey greeted her husband with a big hug and kissed him on the lips multiple times.

This time she asked Andy if Bravo wouldn't film them because they hadn't seen each other and this was the first time.  And she knew that Chris appreciated that as well seeing as it was his first week home.

"Hi bubs," he smiled down at her.  "And hello Sleeping Beauty," Chris greeted his daughter who grinned big at her dada.

"Dadadada," she kept on repeating and made grabby hands.

"Chris," Hailey said as she spotted the paparazzi from earlier.

"It's okay," he told her and unbuckled his daughter.  He knew that if he didn't hold her that she would get fussy and it would not be a fun car ride home.  "Did ya miss me, Rory?" He asked as he held her close to his chest.

"Yah," she cuddled further into his chest.

He kissed the top of her head and rocked her from side to side.

"Let's go home, babe," he tells Hailey as he leans down and presses his lips to hers as she nods with a soft smile on her face.

"I like that idea.  Do you want to sit up in the front or in the back with Rory?"

"I'll sit up in the front.  Just wanted some alone time with my favorite baby," he grinned and held her for a few more minutes before putting her back in her car seat and placed a kiss on her lips.  She let out the cutest giggle of the feeling of his beard on her face and Hailey turned around and watched them being all cute.  Chris loved being a dad in general but especially a girl dad.

Hailey turned her car back on and put it in reverse as she pulled out of her spot, thankful to get away from the paparazzi.

"How was your flight, babe?" Hailey asked her husband as he put his large hand on her thigh where it belonged.

"It was good, yeah.  Felt like it took forever but I got some sleep."

"That's good," she smiled at him as she continued driving home.  "We missed you so much.  If you need to you can still take a nap before the kids come home from school you can."

"I missed you guys too.  It sucks that I can't bring you all with me but I know the kids need to stay in school.  Yeah, I might take like a forty minute nap," he said which made his wife laugh.

"Chris, you can take an hour nap if you want.  Or two," she said as she turned left with the blinker on.

"I know, but I want to hang out with Aurora, the dogs and you too.  How is everything going with your launch party for your Disney collection?" He asked his wife.

"It's going good, yeah.  Everything is pretty much ready for Monday night."

"Good," he nodded his head with a smile on his face.

Thankfully traffic wasn't too bad in LA at this hour but it was still there.  Sometimes it would be stop and go but finally Hailey made it out of the tough part.  Turned out part of the reason was because there was an accident on the highway, but normally it was just because that was part of Los Angeles and what they had to deal with everyday.  They had been driving for a little over thirty minutes and it normally took them forty minutes to get home but with that traffic it would be more like fifty minutes.

"We're home," Hailey said out loud as she turned the car off and turned to her husband with a loving look on her face as he shared the same one.

"It feels so good to be home," Chris let out a content sigh as he kissed her hand.  "I've missed you guys so much."

"We've missed you too," Hailey told her husband and leaned forward to press her lips to her husband's as he cradled her face in his hands.

She had missed the feeling of his lips on hers.  Hell, she just missed him in general.  They were each other's whole worlds and fell more in love with each other as each day and year passed.  Yes, they had hardships and fights.  All couples did.  But they would always make up after them and the makeup sex was even better.

"Love you," she mumbled against his lips and he smiled which caused her to smile.

"Love you more," he told her.

One thing the world didn't really get to see of Chris was that he was the best lover.  He was so sweet and loving and the best dad.  She was kind of glad though that the world didn't get to see this other side of him.  They had an idea that he was because of his posts on social media that he would do.  Of course, he would never show his kids faces, but just the idea of him being an amazing father was enough for his fans.  Most were jealous of Hailey and others loved them together.  They had beaten the Hollywood marriage curse and the couple owed a lot of to the fact that they communicated, took time off and they were very private people.

Funny thing was though everyone thought they weren't gonna make it when they first let everyone know they were dating.  They grew up so differently.  Hailey has always been used to the lifestyle they have now.  Whereas Chris grew up normal.  He had more of an appreciation for the finer things he could now afford.  Over the years though as Hailey had grown up, she had learned to be more appreciative for the things she could afford too.  When they first started dating though it caused problems between them.

Hailey turned her head sideways and looked at her daughter who was sound asleep.  Her cute little lips in a slight pout.

"Chris look," she tells her husband and nods at the direction of their daughter.

"Our sleeping beauty," he joked quietly.  "I'll carry her in."

"You sure?" Hailey asked.

"Yeah," he gave a soft smile and leaned forward to kiss her lips once more.

"I'll get your suitcases," she offers as she pops the trunk to her Range Rover open.

He gets it out for her as he holds the handles and puts it down with ease.  He then looks up to his wife and notices she has this look to her face.

"So hot," she mutters and fans herself.

"Shut up," he says jokingly as he throws his head back in laughter and grabs the left side of his chest.

He then goes to the side Aurora was on and opens the door.  She stays asleep as he adjusts her car seat and lifts her out with ease as she moves a little bit but doesn't wake up.

Hailey locks her car and gives her husband the keys to the house as he carries his daughter who is still in her car seat.  He could already hear the dogs barking and he let out the biggest smile.  He had been away from his family for far too long.  He loved Buzz just the same as Dodger, but Dodger would always be his first love.

Once they made it into their cozy home, she took Aurora from Chris, just as both dogs came running for him and he knelt down on the ground so that they could love on him as he let out loud boisterous laughs and Hailey recorded the whole thing to send to their family later.

Dodger was currently licking his face while Buzz was trying to get scratches.  It was chaotic but in the best way possible.

"I missed you guys too, yes I did," Chris tells his dogs as he places a kiss on Dodger and then on Buzz.  "Did ya miss me?"

Dodger lets out a bark at the perfect timing and Chris lets out an 'awe.'  So did Hailey.  She couldn't help it.  And could you really blame her?  Her husband was a DILF and she knew it.  She would see comments on her Instagram all the time of fans saying so.  It would always make Chris blush whenever she would tell him that but secretly he knew he was.  He just never liked to say it.

"I'm gonna put Aurora to sleep in her crib honey," Hailey tells her husband as she leans down to kiss the dogs heads and then her husband.

"Let me do it," he offered and stood up before giving the dogs one more kiss.

"You sure?" She questioned.

"Yeah," he nods his head with a small smile.  "I haven't been able to put any of them to sleep and I've missed it.  Besides you deserve a break."

"Thank you," she tells him as she squeezes his bicep as he squeezes her hip.

"Of course, bubs," he tells her and kisses her again before unhooking the straps from around Aurora and lifting her up in his arms.  She whines slightly from being disturbed in her sleep but she quieted down a little after she realized it was her dada.  "Come on, princess.  Let's go ni ni."

He walks up the stairs and goes into her room.

He noticed all of the cleaning that Hailey had done before he came home.  Her hard work didn't go unnoticed.  Unlike most people in Hollywood, they did not have cleaners who came in to clean their home or have any nannies.  They either did it themselves or had family watching the kids if they needed help.

Aurora cuddled further into her dad's chest and let out even breaths and cute little snores as he swept her dark hair out of her face.

She was getting so big even though she was twelve months old.  She was starting to say more words like she can officially say doggy now.  It's mainly only one word things but it was so cute and Hailey documented everything.  Including taking all the pictures she could and then some that she had added to their digital picture frame which included so many pictures and videos from over the years.

"Love you, sweetheart," Chris murmured to his daughter as he laid her gently in her crib and turned on the white noise machine with galaxy stars.  He placed a kiss on her forehead and closed the door behind him on his way out.

This is what he always missed when he was gone away filming.  Being with his family that he loved.

Unfortunately, he was feeling more tired than he felt when they first came home.  He would walk down and tell his wife that he was gonna take a nap as he let out a big yawn but then he would have to walk all the way back up the stairs.  Instead, he knew that she would probably know that he fell asleep.  He makes their way into their master bedroom and changes into a pair of sweats as he pulls the covers up and goes straight to sleep.

*

Hailey was in the kitchen making dinner for everyone when Chris walked into the living room feeling refreshed.  He couldn't believe that his wife let him sleep for four hours.

When he walked further in, his other three kids noticed him and began shouting, "dad," to him to get his attention.  He played helicopter with them all and when Hailey heard the shouting and giggling going on she knew her husband was awake as she had a soft smile on her face.

She was making Chris' favorite for dinner which was honey garlic chicken with white rice along with broccoli.  For the kids she was also having them have the white rice but made some pastaroni noodles she got from the grocery store instead of the chicken.

After a while she felt a pair of muscular arms snake around her middle as she was making sure the chicken was cooked and she felt butterflies in her stomach.

"Have a good nap?" Hailey asked as he brought her closer to him.

"Mmm, yeah," he kissed along her jawline and down her neck.  "But you didn't have to let me sleep for that long."

"You needed it.  Besides the kids were just working on their homework."

"Thank you," he kissed her cheek again.  "I appreciated it."

"Your welcome," she patted his hands and then turned around really quick to kiss his delicious lips.  "I'm just happy your home."

"Me too," he let out a satisfied smile.  "I've missed all of you.  Especially you," he brought her closer to him as he gently pulled her closer to him by her wrist and wrapped his arms around her waist as hers went under his arms and they just held each other as he pressed a kiss to the top of her head.

"Gross," Mason whined as he saw his parents being affectionate in the kitchen as his nose scrunched up and made them turn to look at him.  Chris still had his wife caged in his arms as hers were wrapped around his waist.

"What's so gross about us kissing?" Hailey joked as she got out of Chris' embrace.  "I kiss you and your siblings all the time.  Come here, Mase," she teased as he looked freaked out and began to ran as Hailey chased her son around the house and Chris let out biggest laugh.  God he missed this.

"I'm gonna get ya!" Hailey yelled.

"No!" Mason yelled back and just when he thought he was hidden from his mom, she snuck up from behind him and carried him in her arms as he was thrashing and giggling as she placed a bunch of kisses on his face.

Charlotte was laughing at her younger brother as she went over to her dad and he picked her up which made her squeal.  Nate ended up following his big sister and waited for his turn as he wanted his dad to pick him up and play helicopter with him while Aurora was playing with her toys.

Dodger was with Aurora and although Chris was slightly hurt he had found a new best friend, he also knew that Dodger still loved him.  Buzz was in the kitchen with them as he was barking up a storm at the commotion.

Once the dinner was finished, they ate and enjoyed movie and family game night as a family.

*

Today they were surprising the kids with a trip to Disneyland!  Melissa, Justin, Scott, Kyle and Portia and Mama Lisa was in town as well and were all going with them to Disney.  She wanted to be here for Hailey's launch party for her Disney collection.  Hailey was very close to her mother-in-law and couldn't wait for her launch party in two days.  She wasn't sure what to expect when she invited the other women to her house but Kyle warned her to be prepared for anything.  Whatever that meant.  Hailey's family was also going to be there as well as her team.  It was a big launch for her so she hoped the drama was kept to a minimum.

Hailey wished that she could have Lisa Vanderpump there but she said she wouldn't be there if the girls were there, no matter how much she adored Hailey.  She did however send her a bottle of rosé since she knew it was Lisa's favorite, a card, and Hailey's favorite from the collection which was the fourteen karat rose gold over sterling silver with a created pink sapphire and 1/10 CTTW diamond Aurora pendant necklace.  She knew Lisa would like it because it was pink and it also held significance since her goddaughter's name was Aurora.

She had seen Crystal since they got back from Lake Tahoe and Hailey felt bad that she had missed the rest of the night on their last night but Crystal said she was glad she did.

Instead of having filming crew with them, they promised they would document the trip on their phones.

Since Chris was back and it was now November, the family decided to take a day trip to Disneyland.  Hailey made sure to buy a stroller for Aurora and Nate.  Scott along with Melissa and Justin were coming with them too as well as everyone else.  Whenever they went to Disney they always made sure to have a big group with them so that everyone could enjoy it.  Besides, it was much more fun with a group but sometimes they would go as a family of six.

Hailey made sure to put sunscreen on all of them and she put on her aviator sunglasses before turning to her husband.

"Can you take a picture of Charlotte and I in our matching ears, Chris?" Hailey asked her husband and he did, making sure to capture all the right angles that Hailey had taught him over the years.

Hailey had made sure to wear her Mickey Mouse ears sequin polka dot ears that she matched with Charlotte.  She squatted down to her daughter's height and they did a few cute poses before Chris handed her phone back to her.

"They look so good," she smiled at her husband as she took a look at them.  "We'll have to make sure to get a group picture once we go in the gates."

"Definitely," Chris agreed as she put her phone into her shorts pocket.

"Ready?" She asked him.

She always made sure to bring one of Loungefly Disney backpacks with her whenever they went especially because she had so much stuff to carry for them.  This time she had her Disney snacks backpack.  Since she had a collection of them in their closet, they always switched it up every time which one they would bring.

"Ready," he grinned.

Scott along with Lisa were meeting them inside the park as they all walked to get closer to the gates.

"How long do you guys think it will take for someone to recognize us?" Justin grinned at his family by marriage.

"With Chris' disguise it's really hard to recognize him," Hailey pointed out.

Hell, she had been married to the man for ten years and dated him for five years before that.  Even she couldn't really tell it was him with his hat and sunglasses on.  He really blended in.

"You on the other hand.  I mean hello, it's you and teenage girls here at the park.  I give it thirty minutes," Hailey finished.

"I say an hour," Chris commented.

"I'm going to go with what Hailey said," Melissa chimed in, helping her husband out but also knowing her sister was right.

"Babe!" Justin said shocked as the two sisters laughed and Hailey high-fived Melissa.

"What?" Melissa teased as she leaned into kiss her husband.  "I'm sorry but she's right!"

"Whatever," Justin shook his head playfully and they headed to the front gate.

Once they were in, Hailey asked a couple if they could take a picture of them with the Cinderella castle in the far background of them.

*

Whenever the Evans family went to Disney or Universal, they always got to go on the rides before everyone else.

After all, being Captain America had its privileges.

They had taken a group picture when they met up in the front and were now currently on their way to Adventureland and were on their way to the Tiki Room.  It was a fun show that Hailey always enjoyed for the start of their day.

They had taken up at least three rows once it was time for them to come in and they had been first in line.  After the show, Hailey was hungry and wanted to get some food so she got in line for The Tiki Juice Bar.

She ordered her family the pineapple dole whip but got the float for her and Chris and the ice cream for the kids.  Everyone else got their own as well.

Right now it was decorated for Christmas and Hailey loved the decorations.  Hailey's favourite time of year to go to Disneyland was during around Halloween and Christmas.  Not only because of the decorations but because there were fewer crowds.  Since she and Chris had kids of their own now, they tried to go at times when it wasn't as crowded.

"What ride do you guys want to go on next?" Hailey asked everyone.

"Haunted Mansion," Chris answers before everyone else and Hailey is super happy he chose that one.  She knew he chose it for the both of them as they both loved that movie.  So they made their way over to New Orleans Square to go on their first ride.

*

"So, I never really got to ask..." Scott began as he gave Aurora some water.  "How was Lake Tahoe?"

Hailey groaned while Kyle gave a look.  This made Lisa really concerned.

"That bad, huh?"

"Okay, I know I haven't been on a girls trip in a while but I don't ever remember a time when there was that much drama."

"Tell me everything," Scott said with a smile on his face as Hailey ate her Dole Whip Pineapple float and shared it with her husband.  The kids shared one together as well while Hailey and Chris shared theirs with Aurora.  Through out the story time Scott was filming for the viewers because a lot of what they were discussing was pretty juicy and he knew that viewers would thank him later.

Scott was the one who loved hearing everything because he loved hearing all the juicy details while Chris was really concerned about what had happened while he was away.

"I'm just saying, Rinna sounds like a real bitch," Scott said with a huff.  "How are you even friends with her, Kyle?  I thought you had more class than that."

Melissa and Justin let out a laugh at Scott's comment as they were spending time with their nieces and nephews.

"It's true," Scott tells him and they agree.

But Kyle felt the need to stand up for her friend.  She wasn't gonna let everyone say bad things about her.

"She's a great friend.  I told you at the beginning of all this that you might not get along with my friends and I don't want you to cling to me," Kyle says and Hailey looks shocked while Scott looks offended and Chris narrows his eyes at her.  "I want you to make your own friends.  I told you that."

Hailey was shocked and hurt from what Kyle just said.

"No you didn't," Hailey speaks up and defends herself.  "You told me that you were excited for me to join the show and that you wanted me to get to know your other friends better."

"You know what," Kyle says as she begins to get up.  "I'm not doing this here."

"Doing what?" Hailey asked, confused.  "Your the one who started this.  "I'm just stating my side of the story of what really happened."

"Come on, Portia," Kyle calls her daughter who was with Charlotte and Mason.  She was confused on why her mom was taking her away from her friends.

"Where are we going?" Portia asked as she got up.

"Home," Kyle answers her daughter with no other explanation.

"That's really not necessary, Kyle," Hailey says as she was trying to be adult about the situation even though her best friend wasn't.

"Thank you for today but we're leaving.  Say goodbye to your friends, Portia," Kyle says and Portia pouts and Hailey feels bad.  She didn't think that talking about what happened in Lake Tahoe would make Kyle cause a scene and leave.  Hailey also knew better though than to offer to let Portia stay.

"Bye," Portia hugs them sadly.  She didn't want to leave and Hailey put a hand on her heart as she felt terrible for the young girl.

*

"Whose that?" Some people asked in line as they heard other people started freaking out.

"That's Chris Evans and his family.  Along with Justin Bieber and Melissa," one guest from the park told him and his eyes widened.

"Holy shit," he commented.

"Yeah."

Chris, Hailey, Aurora, Nate and Charlotte all sat in the front row for Pirates of the Caribbean while Mason sat with Scott, Justin and Melissa.  There was another family sitting in the other rows but they were respectful of the famous family sitting in front of them since they had their kids with them as they all enjoyed the ride.  In the past, if Chris didn't have his kids with him while at Disney, he would take pictures with the fans but since bringing his kids with him he enjoyed his privacy.

"Yo ho yo ho, a pirate's life for me," they heard the song come to life and the lights were now darker.

It was now nighttime and everyone else lasted until the fireworks showed up.  The younger kids were now in strollers and Hailey had sent texts throughout the day to Kyle to make sure she got home okay and asked how they were doing.  She hadn't received a text all day and while she was trying to have fun with her family, she was distracted, and her husband could tell as he tried to put her mind at ease.  He knew Scott was very opinionated sometimes and was only looking out for Hailey.  He didn't know it would cause this big rift between the two best friends.  Until a few seconds before the firework show started, her phone buzzed and she opened it up to see Kyle had finally texted her back but what she read made her heart felt like it was dropping to the pit of her stomach.

Please stop texting me.

"You okay?" Chris asked his wife in concern.

"Yeah," she forced a smile.  She would talk to him when they got back home about what happened with Kyle.  For now, she wanted to focus on the fireworks.

Aurora was already asleep in her stroller as the music started blasting and the Evans family got really excited.  Nate wanted to on his dad's shoulders, so Chris allowed him to be as he lowered himself and helped Nate get on.  Chris held onto his legs with one hand with his other arm wrapped around his wife's shoulders as Scott took a selfie of the family while the firework show started.

*

They didn't do it often but this time Hailey and Chris decided to put them all up in a hotel room so that they didn't have to drive back home for an hour.  They were staying at the Disneyland Hotel and had a view of the pools.  It was close to the Downtown Disney district and the parks which was nice.  Hailey loved her brother-in-law, Scott, more than her relationship with Justin.  She loved Justin but knew he had a lot of growing up to do and always felt like he and Melissa rushed into marriage.  Scott was easier to talk to about things and understood where she was coming from.

Hailey knew that tomorrow she wanted to go the Fantasia shop for the kids.

Hailey was wearing a two piece scoop neck green and white leaf print bikini as she paired it with a fedora and her Tory Burch sandals.

"You look hot," Hailey grinned up at her husband as she stared at him from head to toe, his abs and that v line staring at her deliciously.  Since they both had been doing cross fit, he was more in shape now than he ever was before.  Even before Captain America.

"You look gorgeous," he complimented his wife and dipped his head down to press his lips to hers as he brought her closer to him.  "I love you.  I missed you so much," he confessed as he licked his lips after their kiss.

"I love you too.  You have no idea how much I missed you," she told him as she looked up at him.

"I think I have some idea," he smirked and kissed her again before they were interrupted.

"Mom!  Mason took my bucket hat," Charlotte pouted as she crossed her arms.  Hailey let out a sigh as they stopped kissing and turned their attention to their kid.

"Mase, give your sister her hat back," Hailey told her son.

"But I like it," he whined as it was tie dye purple.  Purple was currently Charlotte's favorite color.

"You have your own bud," Chris tells him.  Mason was currently going through this phrase where he only listened to his dad  and it was really starting to bother Hailey.  She hoped that he grew out of it soon because it was hard.

"Fine," he muttered and gave it back to his sister and got his own bucket hat out.

Mason was looking so much like Chris nowadays, it amazed Hailey.  Scott was carrying Aurora and she looked so cute in her little tie dye bucket hat that was tied tucked under her chin so that it didn't come off.  She had on a Winnie the Pooh little bathing suit that just looked adorable on her.

"Can you believe how much he looks like you?" Hailey asked her husband as they were in the elevator on the way to the pool.  "Especially younger you."

"He really does.  You know, my Ma, was just telling me this when I saw her during filming," he laughed slightly.  "They're growing up so fast."

"They really are," Hailey let out a frown as she grazed her finger against Aurora's chubby cheek which made her let out a loud squeal and Chris winced.

"She's got some lungs there," Scott commented with a laugh.  "I think she's my favorite so far."

"I thought I was your favorite," Mason pointed out.

"Your all my favorite.  How about that?" Scott asked.

"Fine," Mason conceded which made his parents laugh.

The elevator dinged as it stopped and the family came out into the hallway.  No one noticing who they were passing as the adults were all wearing sunglasses.  Melissa and Justin had decided to go back to their apartment because they didn't want to be recognized and spoil the fun for the Evans family which was fine with Chris.  He liked Justin okay, but he wasn't the biggest fan of him.  He had heard about the issues he had growing up and it seemed like he was still childish in some areas.  Justin was a great singer, but if he wanted to babysit Chris and Hailey's kids, he had to be with Melissa.  Chris didn't trust Justin yet and Justin knew this.  There was quite an age difference between the couples so it was a little harder to relate to them in some areas but they all got along.

"Hey Hailey, can I talk to you for a second?" Scott asked, having been wanting to talk to her since yesterday.

"Yeah, what's up?" She asked as her kids went ahead with Chris to meet up with his Ma out at the pool.

"I'm sorry for my part in your fight with Kyle yesterday.  If I hadn't opened my mouth, then you guys wouldn't have gotten in that big fight."

"It's not your fault, Scott," Hailey put her hand on his shoulder and squeezed it.  "It was bound to happen.  Seems like we're just growing apart," she let out a sigh.  "I had high hopes for doing this show with her and I thought our friendship was stronger than this."

"Hey, give it time," Scott reassures her.  "If she has enough smarts like I think she does, she'll find her way back."

"Thanks Scott," she smiled at her brother-in-law and they left to join the others.

There had recently been an interview that Justin had done where he talked about this and fans of his were very harsh on Chris and his wife Hailey.  They sided with Justin and both men didn't like this but there wasn't anything they could do about it.  Yes, Chris was famous but Justin's fame outweighed the both of them.  It was something that Chris hadn't really seen from someone in his family.  Chris and Hailey would sometimes go to his concerts for a date night if he was singing in LA and then go to dinner afterwards if Hailey's parents watched the kids.  Even Charlotte and Mason had come to a couple shows and loved watching their uncle sing.  So the two brother-in-law's weren't sure why fans were trying to make this a bigger issue than it was and taking sides.  As far as the two brother-in-law's were concerned there was no drama or hard feelings between the two.
