You were on your way to the Cullen household when you were in a car accident. The other person died on impact and you were knocked out, blood spilling everywhere and staining every bit of your front seat. None of the vampires heard the crash, other noises blocking it out, and for some reason, Alice hadn't seen it coming. She froze, smelling your blood before everyone else did.
