God that was so good. The message means a lot to me though.

You can't control who dies. You have to keep on going. You can't control who lives. You keep going. You can't control who tells of what you did. You keep on moving forward. You fight for what you believe and don't give up until you reach it.

At least that's how I interpreted it.
