I found out what happens when I don't have a hair tie to play with and I'm trying to avoid a breakdown during church. This:

Is what happens. I scratched my thumb with my other thumb nail and I ended up scratching off that top layer of skin and made a small blister next to it. I hate it when I get stressed.

But on the bright side, I avoided a breakdown during church.
