I wanted to do, because of Thunder's appearance

I know he appears in that episode, and I know BBB will not use him again, because he needs all 7 elements.

But to explain more:

If Boboiboy uses a second stage element, without having all 7 base stages.

Then, his power band will be damaged

So, he has to unlock all 7 base forms, to use all 7 Upgraded Forms.
