I saw an explanation about lightning

Lightning occurs when a discharge occurs either cloud with cloud or cloud with ground

It doesn't say anything about it being an element

When I searched, if Light is an element

All I saw was an explanation on what is Light

Magnet: And finally, Fang. He can shadows. A dark shape that is made when an object blocks light. That means. He doesn't control matter. And that also means..

Neo: Yaya, Ying, Gopal, and Fang don't manipulate anything that is matter.
