Hello people! It's Diwali (the festival of lights). Children are lighting sparklers. The smell of smoke permeates the air. Friends are thumping each other on their backs after bursting ladis (a chain of crackers)
As it is Diwali, we have organized a tiny competition!
Share your fondest memory of Diwali or Guy Fawkes Night! The three most awesome memories will get a follow from Rambling Brooks and a chance to get featured in the Rambling Brooks Honourable Mentions!
You have to do this---
1) Create a new book. We are not going to judge your book by the cover. So a simple cover with the label, RBLS Entry will do.
2) Dedicate the story to Rambling Brooks
3) Post your chapter and leave it for the judges to read!
4) And if you are participating, do leave a comment on this chapter saying so.
5) The contest deadline is the 15th of November at 7:00 pm IST
