*Cheese Sandwiches POV*

From what I've learned from Nurse Redheart and Pinkie on the drive, an illness has swept through her small home and has wreaked havoc affecting everypony in her home. Its so bad that nopony can even get work done at the rock farm. As we began to arrive to her home I squeeze Pinkie's hoof and reassured her that everything was going to be okay; I didnt know if that was true but I had to do something to help her. I couldn't stand to see her like this. When we arrived we all got out of the ambulance and everypony rushed inside and Nurse Redheart came in with buckets of water and some iv's as she rushed into the families rooms. We rushed after her as well worry clearly painted on each of our faces. We couldn't stand seeing Pinkie like this,and from the looks of it her family wasn't doing too well either. Her father was suffering the worst of it. His coat was dull and as we walked in his eyes could barely open and from what I saw they were dull too. Pinkie rushed to his side and hugged him apologizing for never being around anymore and beginning him to get better. Pinkie's attitude amazed me; it was as if she was another pony in itself. The change was almost...scary.

*Pinkie's POV*

My friends told me they were there for me, and I knew they were, but they didn't know what I knew, my family was slowly dying. They were sick and were slowly disappearing off the face of this earth. I had to face the facts and it was taking a real toll on me. Nurse Redheart even told me that, she told me there wasn't much she could do but try and get the medicine in their systems and try to get rid of the sickness that had taken over their bodies. I held my father's hoof in a tight grip as he spoke to me in a faint and raspy voice. He asked me who was here with me and I explained to him about my friends, and then I finally explained to my father about Cheese Sandwich and I, and what was going on. He seemed happy. A smile curved across his face and he invited Cheese to sit by him and I. Although this wasn't the way I planned to tell my friends that's how it ended up, but I guess it's better than nothing..right?..
