Rain Part-03

Swara started panicking. She got up and ran her hand over Adarsh bhai's heart.

"What happened Adarsh Bhai? Never this happens-why this pain suddenly?" Swara asked.

Adarsh Bhai took Swra's soft hand like a rose and held it.

"Every time I hid this pain, but I hid it in my heart. What to do? No way out," Adarsh Bhai said.

"Why is there no way? We will consult big doctors. You will get well, don't worry," Swara said.

"What can doctors do? If they can heal this pain...." Adarsh Bhai said.

"Then?" Swara asked.

Swara looked at Adarsh bhai with her big puppy eyes. Adarsh bhai opened his eyes and gazed at Swara. Adarsh bhai's head started aching.

"Swara,if you will not understand my pain I will die. You will be the reason for my suicide," Adarsh Bhai said.

Swara was horrified. She backed her steps. Her heart started to beat fastly. Darkness had condensed. It was a moonless night. After listening to the word from Adarsh bhai's mouth, she recalled all the horror movies she had seen where the ghost seeks revenge for his death. She hugged Adarsh bhai due to fear.

"Adarsh Bhai I am very scared! Why are you saying about suicide? You cannot commit suicide. I will tell everyone," Swara said.

"Swara do you really want me to live?" Adarsh Bhai asked.

"Obviously Adarsh bhai. No doubt." Swara said.

"If you want me to live, I can live," Adarsh Bhai said.

"What can I do?" Swara asked.

"I need a promise from you, touch my body and swear on me," Adarsh Bhai said.

"Promise? I swear on you Adarsh Bhai,I would do anything to save you. If you will say I will throw my fear and run to the doctor in this dark night," Swara asked.

"If you will not keep the promise I will hang myself on the mango tree in front of your house." Adarsh Bhai said.

"Again the same thing. Say what I have to do?" Swara asked.

"Swara, I love you. I want to marry you," Adarsh Bhai said.

"What? Marry me?" Swara was shocked.

Swara looked at Adarsh bhai shockingly.

"Yes, you. I want to marry you. What is so shocking about this? If you would have been born five years ago I would have married you. I will marry again and I will marry you. No one can stop me and I don't fear anyone," Adarsh Bhai said.

"How can I marry you Adarsh bhai? You are like my brother. I cannot even think of this," Swara asked.

"Swara, calling someone doesn't make him real brother," Adarsh Bhai said.

But how is this possible? Adarsh bhai's wife Parinneta bhabi-what will she do? Obviously marrying Adarsh bhai will be great fun. Adarsh bhai will hug her while sleeping like the way he had hugged Parineeta bhabi. Why will she fear anything when Adarsh bhai is with her? He will love Swara very much.

" But what about Parineeta bhabi?" Swara asked.

"Parineeta will live here. You will also live here. In olden times kings used to have 100 queens, you both will be my queens," Adarsha Bhai said.

"True, but now this is not prevailing," Swara

"You have sworn on me you have to live here," Adarsh bhai said.

"Okay but tomorrow I will go home and inform baba about this," Swara said.

"No.. no... You will not say this in front of anyone," Adarsh bhai said.

"But why? Baba loves you," Swara said.

"But if he will know this he will slap you, you know why?" Adarsh bhai asked.

"Why?" Swara asked.

"Your baba wants to do your marriage in some big house with one big officer. What am I? Am I capable of marrying you?" Adarsh bhai said.

"I don't know, I will ask baba and maa," Swara was adamant.

"What if they reject me?" Adarsh bhai asked.

"How will we marry then?" Swara asked.

"You don't love me. You don't want to marry me. Your promise is fake," Adarsh bhai said.

Adarsh bhai, I would marry you. I can do anything to save you from dying," Swara said.

"Then you have to keep quiet. Don't say this to anyone," Adarsh bhai said.

"No to Parineeta bhabi also? Swara asked.

"Nooo," Adarsh bhai replied.

"Why? She will be glad. When you have to go on a business trip she won't feel lonely. I will be with her," Swara asked.

"We will give her a surprise," Adarsh bhai said.

"Haan great, It will be fun," Swara said.

Adarsh bhai hugged Swara and placed his hot lips on her cheeks.

"Ahhh! Leave," Swara said.

Adarsh bhai heard Parineeta bhabi coming from outside. He sat on the sofa as if he didn't know anything. Swara could not understand this action of his. Parineeta bhabi entered the house.

Adarsh bhai: Do you know Parineeta, you came late nah that's why Swara was not leaving me. she held me and sat beside me. She is fearing ghosts. She is very timid.

"Hawww!! Why will I be scared? You scared me by saying..." Swara was about to say something when she was interrupted.

"Silence, I scared you? You are such a big liar. Go and study.

Parineeta bhabi hugged Swara.

"Who would marry our Swara? She is so innocent," Parineeta bhabi smiled.

Swara looked at Adarsh Bhai. He was not even smiling. she went and sat silently.
