Jack in Black

(Hospital)

The grey wolf groaned as his eye lids opened slowly, wincing at the pain in his chest, he surveyed his surroundings and found France sitting by his side. The young wolf didn't say anything just kept his eyes on the floor.

"Ay, you!" Jack finally yelled, France (the young wolf) jumped as he didn't expect the injured wolf to awaken so quickly.

"B-Boss needs you as soon as you can-" France was cut off by Croft getting up and walking around, hence the implant that Big gave all his hunters, a chip that made a person heal faster, Rocket also has one.

"Don't wait up, get me my shit, I won't be slow this time," Jack stared slightly at the young grey one and pushed the door open and jogged to his car waiting outside.

(Judy's Parents Place)

Rocket was in the workshop, working on a few modifications for his weapons, since he had a strange feeling he needed it. He jumped slightly as a knock from the door rang out.

"Yeah!" Rocket exclaimed to the person standing on the other side.

"It's Judy!" The person said, and Rocket hopped up from his stool and opened the door and was met with the bunny.

"Hey, what do you need?" Rocket asked warmly.

"Nothin just checking in, what are you building?"

"Just a few mods for my guns, I got a text from a contact, apparently Big got way too close to finding us, so either me and you stay here until they find us, or I find them first."

Judy thought about that and said, "Wait, you're going to leave and get yourself killed?!"

"Maybe... I don't want you getting hurt, especially because of.. you know-"

"Because of what?" Stu asked, coming out of nowhere causing both of them to jump out of their fur.

"Because of... this farm, everything we've built," Judy quickly answered, obviously lying.

"Oh... well that's very nice, Rocket... whatever you're doin, I believe in ya," Stu told Rocket who smirked.

"Alright, well, let me finish up here, say my goodbyes then maybe I'll come back alive," Rocket said, slight sarcasm in his voice.

Judy was staring at the floor, contemplating what she should tell Rocket and she was brought out of her thoughts by feeling something fall on her shoulder, it turned out, it was Rockets paw.

"Hey, don't worry about me, I'm just gonna do my best to... not die, ok saying that out loud now I know that didn't sound as good as it did in my head," Rocket said somewhat chuckling, as Judy did the same.

"Please come back, I don't wanna think about being without you." Judy pleaded as she was brought to tears by the thoughts of Rocket coming home dead.

"I promise," Rocket assured, kissing Judy's cheek as he went back to his workbench.

(Big's Complex)

"We're almost ready, we found a phone ping from his house to his phone on a small carrot farm," Henry informed Jack as he cocked his gun and pulled on his bulletproof vest and put on his combat vest over that.

Jack knew his stuff, and was admittedly drunk when he first attacked the two targets, and he knew alone he would win against Rocket in a fist fight, the only thing that would stop him was Rocket's supreme intellect it was the highest anyone in his line of work had ever seen. Hell, give the raccoon a butter knife and he'd find a way to use to kill you.

"How many guys we got 'ere?" Jack asked, walking down the hallway to the garage where they would all get in cars to hunt the raccoon down.

"21 to be exact," Henry answered, hopping into a car.

"Good, if I know that little shit, I know he ain't staying there long, make sure we get extra gas," Croft added and the other wolfs nodded and got the items he required.

So with that, the creatures departed for the carrot farm, Croft leading, all driving big black Chevy's.

(Judy's Parent's Place, Prep Time)

Rocket was making his final adjustments and walked out with a bag filled with enough ammunition to carry the military for a few years in open combat. The raccoon strutted into the house once more, saying his (maybe final) goodbyes.

"Please be safe," the small bunny pleaded with him, Rocket only replied with a small nod, a dangerous blank stare on his face, thinking.

And with a kiss from Judy, he headed off west, to cut off the attackers, hopeful to be alive.

"He'll be ok, I promise." Stu assured his daughter, resting a paw on his shoulder, causing a small smile to fall on Judy's face.

Rocket hesitantly put the keys in the ignition and the engine hummed idly, he deadpanned his eyes across the dashboard, glanced at the bag of "supplies" he had and then looked at Judy, staring from the window, he gave a slight nod and then jammed his foot on the gas petal, speeding off to do his suicide mission.

(The clashing point)

The window was cracked open, for no reason in particular, causing the wind to slightly bristle at Jack's fur, annoying him.

"Roll that damn window up!" He snapped at the wolf behind him.

The cars then skidded to a stop as they saw a clear tree in the road, blocking their way. A note was attached to the tree, and one of the wolfs were instructed by Jack to get out and check it, the small piece of paper read, "boom"

*BOOM*

The poor wolf was splattered all over the road, nothing distinguishing who he was anymore, sheer panic ensued, as the cars backed up in a hurry, but Jack yelled at everyone through the comms, "You fuckin idiots! The path is somewhat clear, get some balls and follow me!"

The convoy screamed forward to no resistance, but it was to come. Rocket sat in his car, hidden away in a ditch, only to appear when he saw the line of vehicles on a small camera he placed up the road, sure enough, he saw it, he put the petal to the floor and his car lurched forward. The vehicles in front slid to a stop, some flipping over, and shots fired immediately. There was a town near here, and that was where Rocket needed to get to, only to survive.

A/N This next chapter's fighting is VERY close to the movie Extraction, if you've ever seen that
