"Miss" I hear a soft voice say "you need to wake up."

"Just a few more minutes" I complain rolling over to the other side of the bed.

In a second I feel all warmth leave my body as my blanket is ripped off of me.

"Lady Annabeth you need to get up immediately" Michelle says with a stern look.

"All right all right I'm up." I grouch stretching my arms.

I hurry to the bathroom to take a quick shower before reentering my room.

Lily helps steady me as I slip on the heels and Michelle starts my makeup.

I feel Bella pull and twist my hair until she is satisfied.

"All right Annabeth if you need any more help just send for us" Michelle says before leaving the room.

I turn my head to the clock across my room and groan.

Those little devils. It was 8:30 which left me with an hour and a half to kill.

I grab To Kill a Mockingbird and start to reread it.

At about 9:45 I head down to the garden and see a table with all sorts of snacks for tea.

"Hey Annabeth" Jason says standing up and grabbing my chair.

"Such a gentleman" I joke as I sit down.

"So how where the books" I ask picking up my teacup.

"Great, I only read a couple but I can't wait to continue." He says smiling and picking up a sandwich.

We continue to laugh and make small talk about the books.

I hear the royal clock chime signifying its noon when I hear people behind us.

I turn around and see a sight that makes me sick to my stomach.

News reporters and film crew coming towards us.

"This is a nightmare" I hear Jason mutter behind me.

We quickly get up and he grabs my hand.

"Follow me."

We rush away from the table into the woods behind the palace.

As we stop to catch our breath Jason breaks out into laughter.

"Whats so funny" I glare at him.

"Nothing it's just the reporters must have taught we where Percy and Reyna or Rachel."

"Well that's just fantastic, just what I need." I say.

"Hey if it helps everyone thinks him spending time with the other girls is a waste."

"What are you talking about" I ask as we make our way back to the palace.

"We all know how much Percy likes you except maybe you." He says.

"Thats preposterous"

"Is it really. I mean come on Annabeth, you where his first date, he won't shut up about you, Annabeth this and didn't you see how good Annabeth looked, and lastly all the girls are jealous of you." Jason stops and turns towards me.

"Jason if you're trying to make me feel better, I suggest you stop." I say looking at him.

"I'm just telling you the truth, why else would the other girls be so snotty and clingy to Percy."

I think about this as we make our way back to my room.

We say ur goodbyes and split up.

"Oh miss your back" Michelle says as I come through the door.

"Hi girls" I say sitting down on my bed.

"We're all done cleaning so if you need something..."

"Actually do you mind staying and playing a game with me." I ask wanting to take my mind off things.

"Of course miss but we need to start planning you for the Festival of Giving." Lily says taking a seat on my bed.

"Thats next week" I'm shocked how fast time has gone.

"Yup and this year the are hosting a ball after all the festivities" Bella says getting excited.

We play a few card games before dinner.
