Mabel POV:

When I woke up I realized that Candy and Grenda weren't there. I went down stairs and only saw Pacifica and Gideon. They were talking in hushed tones only stopping when I came into view. They looked at me like a deer at headlights. Then they ran off towards Grunkle Stan and tried to make him listen to something that I couldn't. For some reason a pit grew in my stomach and I tried to ignore the feeling and went to find Wendy to see if I can help her with anything.

Stan POV: 

When Dipper was taken, I made a serious of mistakes. The biggest was being mean to my great niece when she was clearly hearting over the loss of her brother. I only now realize that I was a fool to act like I did. 

I heard shouts and looked to my left. I saw Gideon and Pacifica coming toward me. By the looks of their faces this won't be good. 

Narrator POV:

"Hey Mr. Stan, we...um...have some bad news." Shuttered Pacifica.

"What is it?" Questioned Stan.

"CandyandGrendawentoutlastnighttolookatsuppliesandgetsomethingtohelpsaveDipper. Theyhaven'treturnedandIthinksomethingbadhappensstothem." Said Pacifica quickly.

"What did you say?" Stan asked. He heard her except he hardly understood what she just said.

"Candy and Grenda went out last night to look at supplies and get something to save Dipper. They haven't returned and I think something bad happened to them." Said Pacifica.

Stan was stunned and shocked that two people of the resistance have gone missing. He knew he had to tell everyone, but he wanted to avoid telling Mabel. He didn't want to break Mabel's heart more and destroy the remaining happiness that she had left. 

Stan quickly called a meeting and sent Mabel out to check on the animals. 

"Everyone! I have news!" Stan cried.

Everyone stopped. They dreaded when Stan called everyone together to tell news. It's even worse when he excludes Mabel.

They quickly surrounded Stan and awaited the big news.

"Candy and Grenda are missing" Stan whispered yelled. The people surrounding him were stunned. They were a small group of survivors and already losing people. Everyone knew that there was a high possibility that they were dead and if not they were being tortured.

"Mr. Pines what do you want us to do?" Asked Soos. He lost fat and grew muscle however, he was still the kind and caring man that everyone knew.

"I want a small search party made and I don't want the news to Mabel" explained Stan.

The only thing left now was who were going and who was going to distract Mabel.
