When I woke up I was in a large canopy bed. The room seemed to be like the inside of a log cabin, outlined with wood and it had a large hearth at one end. There were two large windows on one side of the room and on the other were two large portraits and an elegant looking door. I slowly got up out of my bed and looked out the windows. I could see Neverland, fully restored in its complete glory. I looked down and noticed I was still in my gown from earlier but my crown was missing. I looked around the room and noticed a small wooden table next to my bed. There was a crystal glass of water and my diadem. I picked it up in my hands and looked down at it. The crystal flowers were beautiful and the gold shimmered like the sun. "This is crazy." I whispered to myself. I turned around when I heard the door to my room open. Peter came in slowly with caution. "Are you Alright?" He asked as he came over to me. I sighed. "Yeah I guess so." "Is there something bothering you?"
He asked again. He was just like a child, full of questions. "I don't know, peter." I whined as I sat down on my bed and he floated over next to me. "What's wrong then?" "It's just.. a lot.. I guess." "How So?" "Well yesterday I was just a plain old girl from New York. And now I'm a princess of a land that is supposed to be fictional!" "But isn't this what you wanted?" "Not exactly." "What do you mean? I thought you wanted to come to Neverland." I sighed and looked down at the crown in my hands. "I did. I wanted to come here and have endless adventures with you, Tinkerbell, and the lost boys." I sighed. But Peter gave a small laugh. "And you mean you haven't?" He asked with a joyful smile. "What are you talking about?" I asked. "Elyse, you have given me, the boys, and even Tinkerbell one of the greatest adventures we've had since Wendy left." "But I thought-" Peter hushed me. I laughed as he did as well. "Thank you." I whispered. He hugged me. "You're welcome, princess."
