OMG THIS IS ADOARBLE. BTS FANS, RISE!
Sakura sat on the Hokage Heads looking at Konoha from above. More specifically, she was sitting on Kakashi's head.
Naurto and Hinata had just gotten married and were currently on their honeymoon in the Wave Village. Sasuke had proposed to Karin nearly a year ago, and they so far had no plans on getting married any time soon. Sakura was happy for them.
Rui had proposed to Lihn two years ago and they were now happily married. Rui had inherited his father in law's small chain coffee shops called 'Moonbucks', and officially retired from the shinobi life.
Lihn had gone through an easy child birth a little more than a year ago, Sakura being the doctor in charge of the birthing. Their son, Wylie, had been named after Lihn's grandfather. He was a calm child who called out quietly when he was hungry instead of crying, and just simply stared at the world around him through intelligent eyes as what seemed to be his form of entertainment. Sakura had never seen a child quite like him before.
On top of his strange behaviour, he was quite a cute child. He had fluffy, light blonde hair, like Lihn, and generally looked a lot like his mother with soft and delicate features and long eyelashes. However, he did inherit his father's icy blue eyes, just as Rui had predicted. It was apparently a strong trait in his bloodline and there had never been a Kato without blue eyes.
Lihn and Rui had clearly taken this usually painless experience for granted as Lihn was already two months pregnant with a second child. When Sakura had heard this, she sent and over exaggerated wink at Rui, smiling her usual cat-like smile, and asked if he had enjoyed it. Rui blushed a stuttered for a bit before crashing his face into his wife's hair.
And Sakura? Sakura hadn't changed a bit over the past few years. She was now twenty one and was still single. Sure, she had been in a few relationships but they never worked because of her constant obsession with traveling. She was almost never in the village anymore and her trips were steadily getting longer and longer.
When she was traveling she often slept outside under the stars she loved to count before falling asleep. And when she was in Konoha, she rented out the first small apartment she found or crashed at Rui's house until she left again. Even though she lived a rather sparing lifestyle, that didn't mean she didn't have money. In fact she was loaded. With all of the well paying S-rank missions she went on for Konoha and all of the expensive bounties she collected during her many travels, she had enough money to buy herself a large apartment or small house and live the rest of her life not working. The only problem? She didn't want to settle. She needed to travel. To find the next heir for the Mask.
Because of all the bounties she had been collecting through capturing rogues, her name was becoming more and more famous. Not Sakura Haruno. The Masked Cherry Blossom. But the Cherry Blossom was also known for her medical expertise and often popped in to heal those in need. Her reputation was much different from her master's. She wasn't a killer. She was a sign of fear to those she deemed evil, and a sign of hope to those who deserved it.
She stood up and paused a moment before taking a few steps forwards and then threw herself off of the stone head. She landed on the ground, hundreds of metres below, without a single sound. She stuffed her hands in her pockets and continued down the road at a leisurely pace, still deep in thought.
