"And you didn't post him on your story after that whole thing?"

Lucía texted me freaking out and wanted to know how and why Keanu was posting me on his snapchat story... so I called her and told her.

"Well... no?"

"And why is that?"

"Uh... I don't know. I don't wanna post a guy I'm not even dating. Plus what's the point?"

"The point is to let everyone know that you and Keanu Carmichael are... I dunno, talking at least."

"But we aren't talking. We're just friends."

"Ugh you with the 'just friends' thing. Whatever, I'm going to fix this."

"Fix this how?"

She didn't even let me finish talking before hanging up the phone. What is she going to do? Oh great, now I'm nervous. Better be on the look out.

I went over to snapchat and sure enough there was the picture of Keanu that he had sent me on my story. The caption said, "The fine ass man that's been taking up all my time recently... @keancm13" How did that even... Lucía! That has to be it. I gave her my snap password not too long ago to do my streaks. Ugh that little...

She wasn't on her phone right now, so I'd have to wait for a response. I decided to scroll through snapchat stories while I was waiting.

Hmm... that's interesting. Alyx is this guy that I worked on a project with earlier this year. He's the shyest guy I've ever met, but pretty cool and extremely smart. He often likes to randomly blurt out facts when he's speaking to... well anyone and he's super cute. Probably would've had the biggest crush on him if he actually let me talk to him. This should be... fun.

Haha I usually just say whatever comes to my mind, but I was just asking to see if you had anything specific. I just don't see the point of pre-planning a topic to talk about. That's like pre-planning a conversation and that's kinda weird.

For example, did you know that when your eyes glow red in dark photos they're just reflecting your blood?

Well basically your eyes aren't ready for the flash. Your eyes are dilated usually because the room is dark, so when the flash goes off your dilated eyes reflect the red blood vessels of the choroid, a layer in your eye, thus making your eyes red in the photo.

Well then, did you know astronauts can grow up to 2 inches while in space?

Alyx and I talked about random stuff for a while. He isn't really a jokes type of guy, so I had to make most of the jokes, but he's still really fun to talk to. Plus, when I did make jokes and tried to have fun conversations he responded pretty well. He wasn't as stiff as I thought he'd be.

Both Lucía and Keanu texted me while I was texting Alyx, but I didn't want to leave him on delivered while we were having a fun conversation. They could wait. I talk to them all the time anyway. 

After Alyx said he had to leave I responded to them. Keanu was just asking if I could facetime, so I answered Lucía first.

Sorry, sorry, but I had to.
Cara? It's been a while and you haven't answered?

She just needs to understand that me and Keanu can't and never will happen. Why would I even chose Keanu over Alyx? Keanu is cocky and smooth with his words and would probably take advantage of me. It doesn't matter that he's been extremely sweet in all the time we've talked and I feel drawn to trust and talk to him and we have an emotiona-

No, none of that matters because Alyx is sweet too! He's super nice and kind plus he's so smart. He's not that great of a conversationalist, but that gives me a sense of security almost. If I just stick to Alyx everything will be fine. I never even liked Keanu in the first place. I should stop worrying about something that isn't even a big deal.
