Ageless Love

The leaves were buried
and to earth were bound
Hearts asked to hurry
without a sound

Yet spring will break
and ice will thaw
with all we felt
and all we saw

Eyes that were
turned far away
Shall yet return
Some summer day

Take a chance again
The dream is real
