History: After untimely death of parents in a car accident when in his teens, he suffered from mental stress and major depression. He was subject to substance abuse after which he began to hear whispers. After almost an year and a half, neighbours of the patient decided to turn him in, after he allegedly tried to strangle their daughter to death. 

Diagnosed With: Schizophrenia 

Behaviour observed: Violent, antisocial, unrealistic

The subject requires attention and great care. He is violent often, and hence precision is to be taken during any form of interaction. It is greatly advised to prevent any form of physical touch for the psychologist's own safety.

P.S.- After years of observing Xavier, I do not understand why the institution is prescribing him a psychologist instead of a psychiatrist. He is beyond cure without medicinal therapy. Anyways, wish you the best of luck with him. He's dangerous.
