This is a slow burn romance between Sihtric Kjartanson and a female original character. Do not expect the romance to unfold in the first couple chapters, be patient I promise it will be worth it.

True To Fandom?
The book itself is about Sihtric Kjartansson and his love interest Ragni. Ragni is a original character created by myself, I aim to stay true to the fandom despite this additional character along with a few others. This books will be based on the novels by Bernard Cornwell rather than the show.

With this being said, one of the most drastic changes made in this book regarding the fandom is the early death of Sigurd Thorsson. He did not die until later in book seven, but for plot purposes in this fanfiction he has died before the prologue takes places. There is a reason behind this, one that will be introduced toward the end and further in the second book of the series.

Chapter Length?
Each chapter will contain between 1500 and 2000 words.
