Epilouge
Almost five years have passed since the whole Wyfi issue.
Since then, it hasn't been easy. Every day, our family worked towards bringing back plants. We had to protest, fight for the lives of plants, and educate people on the little flowers.
Along the way, we made some allies. People started to join our cause. But with popularity comes the haters. We've also had people who didn't want to bring back the plants. People who were trying to stop our movement.
While it's been a little rough, we've made progress.
As the day had just begun, I went outside to our backyard, where there were hundreds of different flowers growing. Both in and out of the greenhouse.
The chattering of the hundreds and thousands of plants came rushing in as soon as I stepped outside. I smiled, looking at the happy, growing plants. They were having conversations, and overall made the entire area brighter.
I took a deep breath of fresh air, knowing that this was probably the best decision I've ever made. Seeing how much brighter the area was, this was differently the right move, even if some people don't agree.
Finding a spot under the shade of our huge tree, I sat down on the shaded grass. I was going through the memories of the last five years, since I found Wyfi and my entire life changed. And changed with it.
Remember when the homeless man had a cardboard sign that said something like "the flowers want revenge"? Well, it took me years, but I finally realized what the man meant. He was talking about Wyfi and the other Eleziers. About how they wanted to grow on Earth again.
And the revenge part?
If I'm not wrong, I think the man was talking about the blackouts. Because after more and more Eleziers started to appear, there weren't any more blackouts. Once we allowed them to grow freely, the blackouts were a thing of the past. Not once has it appeared in the last five years.
Maybe the man was right.
Did I regret making this decision to plant the seed? Yes. Should have I kept it a secret and possibly created all our demise? Definitely not. But did I regret not killing Wyfi and making things go back to the way they were? No, I didn't.
If I'm being honest, I'm kind of glad I decided to rebel. Otherwise, I wouldn't be here, where I'm currently standing. I wouldn't be the person I am today.
And to think this wouldn't have happened if it wasn't for the seed I planted. If it wasn't for Wyfi. The protests, the movement, even this garden is all in the memory of the little plant. The little seed that changed my life forever.
But this is far from over. I still have a lot of work to do. For all the little seeds and plants out there being killed. But whatever happens, I know one thing for certain.
I am the protector of plants.

A/N:
So, this is the end of our journey. And the end of Xeni's as well.
I hope the Epilogue makes up for the lost ending of the story. And hopefully it wrapped up any and all loose ends and questions you had.
As for the story, I'm so glad I was able to finish with within the deadline. Writing this story was challenging for me. It had its ups and downs. But in the end, I managed to finish Xeni's story.
Thank you so much for sticking through the book and making it to the ending. I hope you enjoyed reading this book and about Xeni's story. I can finally close the door to this chapter and book.
Thanks for reading!
