Jerome's POV

I apologized to Cindy over the dinner I made and begged for her forgiveness. She didn't seem taken aback at my unfaithfulness towards her. "I forgive you" She said calmly but seriously. "Just like that?" I asked baffled. "No screaming, no hitting nor leaving?" I asked knowing that was how she handled stress. "Why should I? I knew it all along. You even called out her name when we were having sex" She admitted. "You knew and did nothing?" I asked still puzzled. "Not yet I haven't. Am gonna marry you in 2 days then ask for a divorce and I will get half of everything! The mansions, the companies, your money, everything!" she stated looking at her manicured nails. "Why the fuck will I ever agree to that?" I asked the imprudent blonde in front of me. "Because I will ruin you. Expose your secrets that your whore was too timid to blurt out" She said through gritted teeth. "She didn't?" I asked inquisitively. "She stuttered. Had stage fright all of a sudden then quit her job. Stupid" She spat. I was at loss of words. She quitted! I was too proud to even care about my situation. "Snap out of it! Sign the preen up now" She handed me the contract and a pen. I laughed to myself as an idea floated in my head. "Oh darling, I want to marry you first" I pouted falsely. She was too stupid to know what I was planning. "I knew you loved me" She smirked and sat unto my lap and threw her tongue in my mouth. What the fuck? "Get off me!" I threw her off and she fell to the ground hitting hard. I spat out her saliva and walked away.
