TJ - Betrayal

TJ couldn't believe half of what they were seeing at this moment. This woman who was supposed to be Jordan's beloved mother was stalking them out of the cabin with this smile that TJ didn't want to try to describe to someone.

"Oh TJ, did you know Jordan has started hunting down Luca?" Adita whispered, a giggle following the last syllable.

"Please tell me your lying, he won't survive with the pack Luca has." They felt the fear pool in their gut that she wasn't lying and that Jordan was being the self-sacrificing idiot he always is. The laugh that followed Adita's next few steps sent chills down TJ's spine. No she wasn't lying, if she was lying she would be killing TJ right now, not drawing it out, as if waiting- "No, please no."

The knock at the door was all she needed to answer he question. Adita pulled open the door to reveal a man TJ wished they escaped from. "Why?" TJ felt the tears before she heard his voice.

"Thank you for coming." Adita welcomed the man in.

As TJ got a good look at the man, they wanted to run. As TJ got a good look at the man, they wanted to run. This man had white hair, red blood eyes, and his smile sent chills down their spine. How did this man have that sharp of teeth.

"You know TJ, I may have hinted at being a wolf, but I never told you flat out I was a wolf."

That made sense, her paleness, her being unbothered by the cold. She wasn't a wolf, she was the opposite. "Then why help me, the ex-delta of an alpha?"

TJ had no clue, but needed to know this answer.

"Because, that is my son, no matter what I am, or what he is, or who he is. He will always be my son." Adita may have been deranged and threatening, but she was for sure protective, well unless she was lying to them.

"How am I supposed to know you're telling the truth? How am I supposed to trust you?"

"You don't know. And you don't have to trust me. Just follow me?" Adita held out her hand, hoping the young one would take it.

"No. You lied. How much of that story was the truth? Was there a wolf? Did Oliver sell you up? Or did you lie this entire time to try and get me to trust you?" TJ couldn't believe anything that came out of the woman's mouth, and with this new man in the room, they were even more on guard then before.

Adita nodded, a reserved soft smile graced her lips. "I understand. And I can fully truthfully tell you every bit of that was true, but I was attacked by a regular wolf, not an alpha. Only an alpha can turn a person, the pack are its soldiers, slaves, and companions. After I was left for dead by my husband, he saw me lying in the grass." Adita walked towards the white haired man, and reached an arm out. TJ didn't know how to feel, Oliver left her for dead?

"After I came to, he had already moved me, and gotten me to a different location. After some convincing on his part he turned me and helped me adjust. Turns out vampires no longer hunt humans, they still need their blood, but they get it from donors and banks." TJ knew that as their old history teacher was one.

"Okay, then what? You met up with Leo?"

"And if I said yes?" TJ wished they could still growl, this lady no matter if she was related to Jordan or not was starting to drive them insane.

"Would you just finish you story!"

"Yeesh, a snappy one you found huh?" The man chuckled, taking a seat on the couch.

"I went searching for a way to find information on Jordan. First I tracked down Teo, but you know him. He always pretends to not know squat, but will secretly have an entire storyboard of that days gossip."

"Are you serious?" TJ asked, eyes as wide as saucer.

Adita nodded before she continued, "So, when he was a bust, I went for James. But James was always right next to Jordan, I am so glad their together now. After a while Leo found me. He told me he'd keep me updated if I kept the vampires in line. Even trade, so I did as he said until Luca caught word of the coven he was associating with," Adita was cut off by loud cracks coming from the woods outside.

"They found us!" The man jumped off the couch closing the blinds and turning off all the lights.

"Who?" TJ asked, when no one answered them they almost screamed. "Who found us?"

TJ didn't know if it was a blessing or a curse to get the answer. But horror and terror filled her as her heart dropped into her stomach once the name was spoken.

"Oliver."
