Jordan- betrayal
Jordan knew he would have to go after Luca sooner than he had planned to. But he didn't know how far he was willing to go. If these files Farah gave him to look through were anything to by his father was willing to go farther than he ever thought possible. How far was Jordan willing to go? Was he really willing to kill? The more he thought of it, he wasn't so sure. Sure he kidnapped and when in rage he could do some things without thinking. But killing? Taking another man's life? He didn't know if he could do that? No matter how far he pushed his humanity away.
"You doing okay?" Farah asked, going to grab another file.
Was he doing okay? No, was he going to tell her that no. Why would he tell her his thoughts? They were working together just enough to get this war done and over with. Their past conversation was proof of that enough.
"Why are you helping me?"
"Luca took my father. I need you to help me get him back."
"Why would I help you?"
"Because I could easily put these files in the web of people your family wouldn't want this information in." Farah smirked, holding up his file.
"And what jf I wanted that?" Jordan raised an eye row.
"Than you'd be an idiot."
Jordan shook his head, "What else would you have to show me? Isn't this enough?"
"It's not another file on your family. Do you truly think I'm that cruel?" Farah placed a file in front of Jordan.
The file read, Luca Yarchi: New York based pack alpha, in bold red letters. As Jordan opened it he pulled out a packet. It was blank.
"What the hell is this?"
"I'm sorry. I wish I could have escaped this option." Farah said as she pulled a cloth out and poured liquid wolfsbane on it. As she reached over Jordan's shoulder and covered his mouth he tried pushing her off. But she was persistent.
Jordan tried his hardest not to breath in, to not let himself get taken. But the first breath came, then the next, and soon he was out without a third breath of air.
As soon as his eyes closed the last thing he heard was Farah, "I'm so sorry Jordan. But he has my father."
Jordan knew what he saw around him was a dream. He ran away from it. There was no way he could go back. Surrounding him with smiling faces was his sister Olivia, Luna, James, his dad.
"It could be real little wolf. If you just went back." A voice said from behind him. Jordan turned around and was met with his wolf walking into the false memory.
"Why aren't you mad at me? You should hate me!"
You hate yourself too much for me to hate you." The wolf said, nudging his side. He wanted to cry. To scream that that no he was wrong. But he felt too tired to do anything. "They miss you."
Jordan shook his head, there was no way. He attacked Teo. He cut off TJ. He pushed away James and Luna. "How could they miss me? I hurt them!"
"No. You tried. Your waking up now. Remember this could be real. Go back."
Jordan wanted to open his eyes. He wanted to see where he was, but everything in him was telling him he wouldn't want it. That it would only result in hurt. But his mind won over his instincts and his eyes fluttered open.
Bright white walls surrounded him. There was no windows, no chains, nothing holding him down. And most of all there was no door. At least not one he could place. He couldn't hear anything outside of the room. He had no bed, nothing to keep him occupied. Only plain white walls that formed a silent bright room.
Then all the lights went out. He could hear a hiss of door realizing but no light entered the room. No footsteps either. He couldn't smell anything or anyone new. He couldn't hear their heartbeat. Nothing.
Right when Jordan was bought to scream in frustration and panic the lights came back on. What he saw made him want to cry. It made his entire world come tumbling down, and questions fill his brain. There in the center of the room was his father.
"Dad?" He wanted to hope he was seeing wrong or this person just looked a lot like his father. But once the man spoke he knew his worse fears would never equal this.
"Hello son." Oliver smirked, as he walked towards his son.
