Here's the part where I procrastinate:do I start writing or hold off?

If I write then I'll give you guys content and I get back into my groove,but if I hold back then I could plan the story even more(even if I'm a pantser at heart)

I have a basic idea but I don't want to go in and regret it,but also I want to just start writing again because I miss writing about these characters(seriously I make little Gacha videos,that's how desperate I am)

What about you guys,should I just stop worrying and start writing the actual book?
