Jewel swallowed down her seasickness,seriously can they ride a little smoother?

Her hands were tied to Chris's as they were turned away from eachother,they were below deck.

"Alright,we can break outta this!"she then squirmed around,Chris didn't move"Jewel,why try?"Jewel chuckled"nice one Chris,now if we stand up-"

"We've been kidnapped twice,thrown into this prophecy,and are going to war against a king!and yeah,it's cool..."Chris looked to the ground"but honestly?i just want to go home."(Lance has broke me my friends)

Jewel smiled sadly"I want to go home too,more then anyone.but we're here for a reason,I might not believe in fate but I believe in people being in the right place at the right time,if we weren't there then the others would've been taken."

Chris frowned"but there's so much that could've changed for the better,I could've stopped Dillan from joining them."Jewel chuckled"then we wouldn't get information back to us,we have eyes thanks to him..thanks to you."

Cahira suddenly opened the door"alright,come here."she grabbed their ropes and cut them,the siblings sat up and rubbed their wrists.

"I decided against leaving you to root,but you'll be working."Jewel sighed"it's better then turning into a skeleton."Cahira put a hand on her hip"go meet up with Mel,he's a small guy.practically white hair and green eyes,can't miss him."

Jewel nodded and dragged Chris outside,Chris hummed as he looked around"where could he be?"suddenly a small guy came down from the sail on a rope.

Mel then tied it around the mass"there we go."he mumbled,he blew his white bangs out his face and turned around.

Mel yelped"oh,hi!"he mumbled,Jewel smiled and shook his hand"I'm Jewel Dories,this is my brother Chris."Chris waved at him.

Mel smiled shyly"I-I'm Melinoe Drake."Jewel raises her eyebrow"isn't that a girl name?"Mel chuckled nervously"you can call me Mel."Chris hummed strange.

"Oh,Cahira sent us to you.maybe you can show us around?"Jewel asked,Mel nodded"of course,follow me!"he then started walking.

Mel wore a baggy shirt and jeans with boots to his shines,his skin between pale and tan.his deep green eyes looked around,he seemed to carry a nervous air.
