Things only got crazier from there. That "flashing light" was Gaea transporting the girls to her lair. Unfortunately, she still thought I was dead, so I couldn't jump out to help them, curse my inherited ability to act. I watched in horror as Veronica and Erika realized where they were.
"Hello, great-grandmother" Erika said. I was confused at first, but then I remembered that Gaea was the mother of the Titans, and the Titan Kronos had children, the gods, who gave birth to us. So now, that made since.
"Oh please, Erika, don't make me feel older than I already am!" The Dirt Queen pleaded.
"Why did you bring us here?" Veronica said.
"I want you to join me!"
"Never" the two sisters said together.
Gaea shrugged.
"your mistake" she said, and blew a pile of gold dust she had in her hand. When it cleared, the girls's eyes were glowing gold.

I don't know what came over me, I didn't even know the girls, maybe it was the rush of protectiveness I had for Jason, and humanity. Maybe it was to show I was more than just a pretty face. Or maybe it was because my capsule was starting to get uncomfortable. But, as soon as I saw there eyes, I burst out, and screamed.
"LEAVE. MY FRIENDS. ALONE" I demanded.
Gaea looked shocked, and with the turn of her head, possessed-Erika charged at me.

(I was listening to the song on the video while writing this, it was amazing how well it fit the mood of the story)

She was punching at my face. I dodged, then kicked her back. I thought I saw Jason and everybody appear, but I was to preoccupied to pay attention. After throwing a few punches, something stopped me from fighting. Veronica, who apparently wasn't affected by the dust, joined in the fight.
"Piper," she said, how did she know my name? "Help the others!"
I went to help them, there was the Seven, and Nico. With them was John, Tori, Wisty, Teresa, and some new people I haven't seen before.

We couldn't do anything more at the moment, so we stood there and watched the fight. Gaea had left to who knows where?

All of a sudden, weapons appeared in their hands, maybe Gaea was bored. And I'm gonna tell you this right now, Gaea may have done some horrible things, but the worst thing she's ever done was give those two weapons. Veronica took a second to process the appearance, but Erika didn't hesitate. The first moment she got, she jabbed her new sphere through Veronica's chest. She was down.
"NOOOOOO!!!!!!" I screamed, with tears in my eyes. Everyone turned their heads to either Tori, Hazel, or Nico, and all three shook their heads no, confirming she was dead.

Veronica's death must have snapped Erika out of being possessed, because she saw her sister, and started bawling.
"Tori? What have I done?" She said.
