Death stood in a room filled with stars slowly drifting across, dark smog covering the floor and small blue spirits sorounding her, acting as a choir, their soft hums echoing throughout the room. She stood t a fountain, golden water filling it instead of the mortals water.

She whispered ancient incantations, her eyes glowing pure white witha terrifying ethereal energy surrounding her. She submerged her clawed hands under the water, as she began to repeat one sentence; "☌⟟⎐⟒ ⌰⟟⎎⟒  ⏃⋔⟟⎅⌇⏁  ⎅⟒⏃⏁⊑"

Give life amidst death.

She pulled her arms up and out, now holding a golden haired child, no older than a newborn, his water-colour-blue eyes staring into her soul, making her cry with joy. "Oh, my sweet, pure ☊⊑⟟⌰⎅," She murmured in his ear. "You will do may great acts, and you shall be rewarded greatly." She pressed a kiss to the child's forehead, giving him a blessing of deaths path.

The child gave a small whimper, as her symbol; a crow trapped in an hourglass, was branded onto hi left shoulder. He was her heir.

"My, my. You need a name, don't you?" She said, smiling softly. "Something fit for a future king of the Void. Theseus, perhaps." She suggested, and the young boy giggled. "Theseus it is." She said, running a finger down the childs button nose, smiling as the child - Theseus - leaned into the touch. She walked outside  the room with the fountasin, into a courtyard, the sky  dark navy blue with specks of white twinkling, and wilted plats surrounding. She began humming a tune, before singing softly as she rocked the baby, she sung an old song sung by the souls of the void.

"In a mystic realm where shadows danse, The void, a boundless canvas, awaits entrance. Souls drift within an ethereal tide, Bearing tales of life, where destinies coincide." The spirits swirling around her noticed her begin to sing, and created a low humming noise,]. Death smiled.

"Liste to whispers in an ancient tonge, A tapestry of echoes where spirits are among. Wanderers traverse with spectral grace, Through cosmic echoes, finding their place." The humming grew louder, as did Deaths voice become more god-like.

"A realm detached from the earthly coil, In the void, where souls navigate the soil. Bygone words, a language forgotten, In the tapestry of time, memories begotten." Spirits gathered around, beginning  to dance slowly, clapping their hands to the beat.

"Yet in the void, the essence persists, Ancient echoes and celestial twists. An ethereal choir, voices unfold, Singing hymns of stories, timeless and bold." whistles could be heard, in time with the humming and the clapping of hands.

"Hear the whispers in the void's expanse, In the tapestry of echoes, where spirits enhance. Eternity unfolds in the subtle moonlight, In the void, where time takes unbound flight." The humming, clapping and whistling died down, to a slow and quiet beat.

She finished the song, pressing a soft kiss to the baby's tiny little hand.

Death never thought that the peace could be dsrupted, that her child would be stripped from her grasp, that her cursed ruler, XD, was going to consume her child.

"No, please!" Death had cried, as XD held the child. "He's all I have, I can't loose him!"

XD smirked. "Ah, yes. Because controlling desth itself and having an entire domain enslaved to you is nothing?" Death remained silent, head hung low.

"What I presumed," XD said, grinning sadisticly, staring at the boy. What do you find so special about this one, anyways?" He asked, quirking a brow.

"Well... I created him, and I know I'm not allowed to do that! I'm sorry, but anyways, I really wanted a child, not one like Wilbur and Techno who exist through my depressant state, but one with my own blood. And, well, he is to be my heir."

XD stared in silence for a moment. "And you truly love this child?" He asked, to which Death nodded eagerly.

"Very well. He shall not be my next meal, but he shall live amoung the mortals, with the father of the two kids you gave life to through depression." He declared. "Thank you, ☍⟟⋏☌!"

"I shall send word to whats-his name? Philza?" Death nodded, " Right, I shall send word to Philza that the child will have a week with you before he is sent to the mortal plains."

"Very well," Death agreed, sadnes evident in her eyes.

"Okay, I shall see you in a week to collect, er-" He paused. "Theseus." Death answered for him.

"Right, well I shall see you then." I stated, bowing, before a gright blue portal opened up, and he floated through.

"Well, Theseus, you heard him. We have a week together before you meet your father." Death said to Theseus, who blew a razzberry in reply, earning a laugh from his mtoher.
