Dan was walking quickly.
He was walking to class even though the bell hasn't rung yet.
He wanted to sit in the classroom.
Listen to deep music for half an hour until the bell eventually rang.

Dan was about to enter the classroom until we stopped.
He blankly stood there under the wooden doorway staring into the classroom.
There at a desk was the 'new guy.'
Why do I always have to bump into him?!
Dan thought.
Suddenly Phil looked up from his phone and caught eye contact with Dan.
Dan shuffled back slightly.
Phil smiled then returned his eyes to the electronic device in front of him.
Dan sighed.
Stop acting like a total idiot!
Dan walked into the classroom and wondered over to his wooden desk which was in front of the 'new guy.'
Dan just sighed, put his white ear phones in his ears and pressed play.

After about 10 minutes in Dan felt a slight, soft tap on his shoulder.
His rolled his eyes angrily and paused his music.
He turned around to face the 'new guy' which was staring back at him.
"What, do you want?!" Dan asked.
"Nothing..."
"what do you mean 'nothing' you can't just get my attention and not want anything!" Dan said rolling his eyes.
Phil laughed.
"What are you laughing at there is nothing funny about this situation that we are in!"
Phil just kept laughing.
"What are you laughing at?!"
"You."
"Me!" Dan said angrily.
Phil nodded his head.
Dan sighed and rolled my eyes before turning back around.
"Sorry Daniel."
Dan shot his head back round to meet the light blue eyes staring back at him.
"What did you just call me?!" Dan asked angrily, gritting his white teeth.
"Your name Daniel," Phil answered shrugging his shoulders.
"That's not my name!" Dan shouted before turning back around.
"Okay sorry Danny."
Dan just stayed there.
I'm his seat.
Digging his sharp nails into his soft palm as anger rushed through his veins and filled his entire body.
Who does this 'new guy' think he is?!

Dan suddenly felt another tap on his shoulder.
"WHAT!" Dan said turning around.
"Calm down Dan.."
Dan suddenly blushed slightly as he realised how loud he had shouted.
"I'm Phil, Phil Lester," Phil said confidently.
"I don't care about your name or who you are, I don't come to school to make friends," I said turning back around.
"What do you come to school for then?" He asked curiously.
Dan didn't turn around.
He just stared down at his desk.
Dan was silent.
He had nothing to say.
"Well maybe-"
Phil's voice was overpowered by the bell that rung loudly in there ears.
Dan had been saved!
Well at least he thought he had been.

"Right class so I just thought I would let you know that there is going to be a project coming up, therefor you will need a partner but this time I am pairing you up so tomorrow you will find out who your partner is."
Most people in the class were disappointed.
They wanted to be able to choose their partner, so they could choose their best friend or lover.
But Dan didn't care.
He kind of preferred the teacher picking.
If they would have had to pick Dan would have just gone on his own like usual.
But for some reason Dan did prefer working with another person.
But he couldn't help but wonder who he would be paired up with.

There was one thing on dan's mind.
And as hard as he tried it just wouldn't go.
He couldn't help but wonder what Phil had said that morning when the bell overpowered his voice.
It was probably nothing important but Dan couldn't help feel that it was important.
Dan just shook it off.
He shakes a lot of things off.
But there was one thing he couldn't shake off.
One thing that was wedged into his mind.
Who would he be paired up with?
Dan couldn't help but wonder that.
