Y/n has his sword blocking the attack of the Raikage as Darui and C were getting ready also

Y/n: I would like to know why you really decided to come to the village that Sasuke is from and try and tell them that you are listing him as a wanted criminal?

Ay: He was the one who kidnapped the eight tails jinchiriki! My brother! And he is also a member of the Akatsuki

Ay puts some more strength into his arm as he starts to bring it down on Y/n's sword

Ay: He deserves to be labeled as a criminal!

Y/n opens his eye to reveal the rinnegan as he sticks his hand out

Y/n: I don't want to do it, but I will use almighty push on you Raikage if you want to engage

Darui turns to the Raikage

Darui: That was the same move that was able to level out the whole of the leaf village

The other Kage look to Y/n and the Raikage as Ay starts to calm down and removes his hand

Y/n: Thank you very much..

Mizune: Could everyone please go back to their seats...

Everyone calms down and goes back to their seats as the meeting continues

Y/n: I didn't come here to threaten anyone at all, I'm here for diplomatic relations with all of the villages

Onoki: What makes you think that we would comply?

Y/n: You don't have to if you don't want to, but I believe that a better world for all of us would be that we all stick up for each other

Gaara: I second that notion. Y/n was someone who helped me to change and bring me to peace, I think that if all the Kage work together we could try bring peace

Ay: The thing is...I don't any of your loyalty at all. Some villages here have used the Akatsuki for means of their own

Y/n: The hidden stone, The hidden sand and the hidden mist are the main ones who used the Akatsuki over the years for means of power

Onoki smiles

Ay: How did you know that?

Y/n: I tend to read a lot of books in terms of history and...I also have my means of getting info.

Y/n turns to the Raikage

Y/n: I understand that your village hasn't produced any Akatsuki members so you guys are in the clear

Y/n turns to Gaara, Mei and Onoki

Y/n: But some villages are more in the water then others as they used the Akatsuki for their own gain

Ay: And also it rumoured that the Akatsuki also originated in the hidden mist!

Ay and everyone else looks at Mei as Mei looks at them

Mei: It is true....it was rumoured that the previous mizukage was manipulated by the leader of the Akatsuki

Y/n: Apparently it could be Madara Uchiha

Everyone is shocked as they look towards Y/n

Mei: Are you sure of that Y/n?

Y/n pauses for a minute before speaking again

Y/n: I have my assumptions since my father did say that the man who attacked the leaf village years ago was the same masked man.

Kurama: Madara.....

Y/n: I'm trying to have diplomacy old geezer. Stop trying to put my father's name into it.

Ay: Could you be saying that he is immortal?

Y/n: I hope not. Or else, if it's what I read about then it's quite bad.

Mifune coughs

Mifune: This is a time where the five Kage should band together against the likes of the Akatsuki. It is rare to have all five Kage here so why not have the world first allied Shinobi forces?

Y/n: I am quite happy for that kind of plan!

Gaara: Me too

Mifune: Now we have to decide who will lead the allied forces?

Y/n: It should be someone who can be trusted and not someone who is sneaky.

Y/n turns to Ay

Y/n: I recommend the Raikage as the leader of the allied forces

Ay was a bit taken back by that

Y/n: I understand about what happened to killer bee and I understand the situation you are in..

Ay: Why do I feel like I can trust Y/n? He does have that kind of aura around him

Gaara: I want the future of the Shinobi world to be bright so I would recommend the Raikage

Mei: I agree also

Y/n, Mei, Gaara and Ay turn to Onoki as he sighs

Onoki: I guess I'll join forces with the other Kage

Y/n smirks as Gaara smiles as well

Onoki: Is it really time to pass it onto a new era...

Y/n feels the chakra of someone as he gets ready

Y/n: Naruto! Sakura

Naruto and Sakura appear next to Y/n as Y/n turns to where the chakra is coming from as he sees someone coming out of thin air

'Madara': My name is Madara Uchiha

All of the Kage and their guards were looking at the so called 'Madara'

'Madara': I would like you guys to listen to my plan...Project Tsuki No Me.

Onoki: And what about this plan?

'Madara': This plan links me with the sage of the six paths and also that all will become one with me.

Madara points to Y/n, Gaara and Naruto

'Madara': Gaara, you used to have a part of the tailed beast in you as well as half with Y/n and half with Naruto

Naruto: H-how did you know that!?

'Madara': I am a man with knowledge. And it is settled.

Madara looks at the Kage

'Madara': Would you hand over your tailed beasts?

Y/n & Naruto: Never!

'Madara': I guess the eight tails and the nine tails have not been taken yet

Ay: Huh?

'Madara': Sasuke wasn't able to take the eight tails.

Ay: Huuuh!?

Darui sighs as Y/n chuckles

Darui: I thought that would happen

Ay: I'm not going to give up my younger brother!

'Madara': Fine then, I hereby declare the fourth great Shinobi world war!

Madara stares at them

'Madara': The next time we face...it will be on the battlefield

Madara disappears

Y/n: It seems that we really need to finalise this alliance. We can't let me, Naruto and Bee be taken by the enemy

Mei: It would be best if Y/n, Naruto and the bee to be in hiding

Naruto: Do I have to!?

Gaara: We are fighting to protect you Naruto.

Y/n: We have no choice Naruto. This is a war for our very lives and the future of the Shinobi world

Naruto nods as Y/n clutches his sword
