DISCLAIMER: I don't own and did not illustrate any of these pictures. The credit goes rightfully to their owners. There's a signature on some of them if any of you are interested in looking at their artists, but most of them were not signed. I tried to find as many of the creators as I could, or the closest thing I could find to them. If any of you know who illustrated any of these or where they might be from, let me know so I can give credit.

If you notice, some of them are blank! And the lore or explanations hasn't been filled out. That's for two reasons, 1, I'm slow, but 2, I thought it might be fun if you guys filled some out? Just if you get any ideas or you feel inspired or anything like that. You can just shoot me a message and create your own Goddess of Misfortune or something. If not, I can just slowly go through and fill them out. Also if there's anything you think would be cool to add to the already filled out Goddesses you can let me know of that too!

These are only illustrations of what they THINK the goddesses look like, based on dreams, legends, or claimed visions.

-----

The Goddess Of Life, Lorimora (Lore-Ee-More-Uh). Everything started with her. Back before the war when the people were free to worship as they chose, Lorimora was among the most idolized Goddesses. She's the goddess of plants, birth, creation and life in general. She's also the Goddess of Eden; but when The First Fall Of Eden happened and disaster struck, the Mystiques believed that she had abandoned them. The rest of the Goddesses took the opportunity and banished her to live on the very earth she destroyed. Legend says she is still in Eden, hiding among them.

The Goddess Of Death - Forseti (For-Set-Ee). Death is not a thing to be feared, rather it is a gateway to the afterlife, and Moritia is the guardian of that gate. Mortitia is highly respected, but unfortunately, her job is often misinterpreted and she can tend to be viewed as something miserable and threatening. Her palace is said to be built out of the bones of the souls she collects. She's also believed to be gentle and forgiving, but punishes those that fear her. She is the creator of Ghouls, the one responsible for giving the tortured children a second chance at life, unfortunatley , it comes with a heavy price.

The Goddess Of Order, Javeese (Yah-Vee-Ss). Javeese is known to be strict, lawful, and brutally honest. The inhabitants of the Olive Branch strive to follow her rules, for they fear her harsh consequences. She is known as The Punisher. The omnipotent being all living things will eventually answer too. There is no hell in this universe, but her wrath and punishments is the closest thing you'll find to it. She is not without her mercy however, since she's also a practical Goddess and must account for human error. She is the founder of Order--the olive branches law enforcement--and they strive to act within her godly image.

The Goddess Of Chaos - Devona (Dev-Awn-Uh). Devona loves to make the world spin, to cause problems and wreak havoc everywhere she goes. She takes pleasure out of chaos and loves to see people's reactions. Mystique behavior fascinates her, so she often views their lives as a movie she can mess with. She's all about entertainment, willing to force anything on anyone if she sees fit. She's wild, free and untameable, she's also considered to be cruel and unusual.

The Goddess Of Harmony, Athune (Uh-Thune). Athune is a cherished Goddess, especially amongst damaged souls, souls who need hope. Athune represents peace, understanding, acceptance, hope, and balance. She's beloved. Looked to by most as a pillar of light, and a lifestyle. She was a very popular Goddess before Serynium took over, and The Council often led by her example; teaching young children kindness, acceptance, and love at its core. She's even considered by some as the Goddess of Beauty and Love in its purest form. But there are those who believe she's only selling a dream, and that all that she stands for is a nothing but an unrealistic story she tells to the pitiful. She is all but forgotten now, only those that remember earth before it was Eden truly know of her.

The Goddess of Pain - Skadi (Skah-Dee). Opinions of Skadi depend on who you ask. Some fear her, while others view her as a form of pleasure, or escape. While she's not a popular goddess, and most dislike her, all can agree she's necessary in the balance of life. Without Skadi, no one can grow or learn, so it's safe to say the progression of happiness could rely on her shoulders just as much as it does Athune's.

The Goddess of Time - Cybele (Sih-Belle). Despite her importance and her overwhelming power, Cybele is a minor goddess. People don't pay nearly as much attention to her as they do the others. In fact if they did, they'd unlock many secrets to life. It's only when people get older and are at the last bits of their life that they realize they should have taken her more seriously. She can see infinitely into the past, present and future; from the beginning of time, till the very end of time. She is all knowing, a being with knowledge that even the other Goddesses don't have; this makes her a threat to them and their power.

Destiny - Eydis (Eyd-Iss)

Illusion - Thalassa (Thuh-La-Sa)

Fortune - Osiris (Oh-Ss-Eye-Ris) Osiris is the goddess of Fortune. Before the war and sole worshipping of Serynium, Osiris was another famous goddess. Many worshipped her in hopes of blessings of fortune and wealth, especially those with the curse of Greed. People are inherently materialistic, so despite the law that only prohibits worship for Serynium, even the Council will pray to her during Bezilis rituals.

Misfortune - Isodelle (Iss-Oh-Dell). Instead of saying something like "Oh shit", you might say "Oh Isodelle". Isodelle, the goddess of Misfortune is someone widely hated amongst the Mystiques. They don't fear her enough to respect her, nor do they like her enough to admire her. The mystiques simply view her as a pain in the backside. While she is viewed as a minor goddess, her wrath is unforgettable--Ever heard of Romeo and Juliet? It would seem demons have a special connection to her, seeing as the first demon was an offspring of Isodelle's; my, how unlucky.

Victory - Kiirian (Keey-Ree-Ahn)

Wisdom - Serynium (Ss-Air-Ih-Nee-Uhm) I'm sure you've probably seen this name appear many times throughout the roleplay. She is the Goddess of water and wisdom. In current times, she is the only worshipped goddess of Eden. After The First Fall Of Eden and Lorimora'as banishment, the 90% of the earth was submerged in water. Some believed that this was a blessing, that gave them the food and resources to survive, while other believed it was a threat to submerge the other 10% and drown them all. Whether the reason be out of fear or admiration, all of Eden worships Serynium.

Innocence - Quintess (Quin-Tess). A minor goddess, but no less important than the rest. Quintess is the goddess of innocence, youth, and ignorance. She's the guardian of children, guiding them on their journeys of growing up. Unfortunately, as a minor goddess there is only so much she can do.

As I said above, some of the descriptions were left empty. This is for you to fill in! You can add lore to the current Goddesses, add descriptions to the other current goddesses, or completely make your own!
