HER POV

I woke up in the morning comfortably in my chamber by rubbing my eyes to get a clear view of the beautiful morning outside , but reality hit me hard ! How come i land here ? I was slept in concubine's chamber and how come i reached here ! I was clueless walking here and there to remember something from last night .

I turned to see a girl of near my age giggling at the door , "may i know who are u miss ?" I asked .
"Im Pooja, Her highness has appointed me as your personal attendee cum guide in the palace princess " she said by taking steps towards me..
She is a very chirpy girl exactly similar to my friend radha in Rajgarh.

"I don't need u as my attendee, will u be my friend here ? " i asked with puppy eyes for which she got hell excited and hugged me in sudden .  "sorry princess, i hugged u in excitement " she said by making faces .
" Hey u are my friend, and friends always hugs in their happiness right " i made her feel comfortable with me.

I made a sigh of relief to get someone to talk and open up . She starts talking non stop but i was still stuck in my thought of last night . " Princess , why u look so confused " she asked in concern.
"I don't know pooja , yesterday night  was just blank for me now , i don't get it how come i land here " i said by tapping my fingers in confusion.

"Princess , but i saw prince carrying u on his arms to this chamber yesterday night " she chuckled and my eyes came out of socket . Did he just took me back from there ! What is he up to, he punishes me first and then take me from there to here , i should confront him .

"Princess what are u thinking " she tapped on my shoulder , "Pooja i want to see your prince now itself " i said by knitting eyebrows . " But princess , u haven't taken bath and u still not dressed up to meet anyone " she said by looking at the messed up me .

"I don't care about that, i just cant stop myself getting my answers from that jerk " i said and puja kept her hands on mouth.

I was walking towards his chamber in the early morning by adjusting my dhuppata on right place .
I reached his chamber and the guards allowed me to enter inside without hesitate . What will they think of me , o god . But i don't care about it at this moment.

I opened the big door to see him doing push ups on floor , shirtless . His well built muscles that popes out of his skin , his dilated veins on the tanned skin , the drop of sweat on his forehead .
I got stuck in his features for a moment , but lowered my gaze when i felt him caught me .

He stood from there , took a towel to wipe himself and start walking towards me " U can't sit a minute without see me miss princess , u are here at this time like this " he said by looking at me from top to bottom. I felt embarrassed to see me without any ornaments and open hair , feeling little exposed without all that .

I have to change the topic to save myself from embarrassment. " I don't have any urge to see u Mr. Self obsessed . I just came here to get my answers "  i said by folding my arms .
"May i have the honour to answer your questions " he smirked by comming closer towards me. I felt his hot breath on my bare shoulder . i blocked him by keeping my hands on his chest .

"Who do u think u are , u punish me to stay with concubines and then take me from there without my notice . Am i something like a toy for u to carry in your arms here and there as u wish " i said without fumbling infront his proximity .

He looked here and there to escape me
"How would i know , u made mistake and i have all the right to punish u because u are my slave " he said by trying to step ahead. I again pushed my hands on his chest " Hey don't try to lie infront of me , i have clear evidence that u carried me back to my chamber " i said by pushing him back ward.

"Do u think that iam answerable to u , u are my bloody slave and i dont give a shit about it " he said by gritting his teeth.
"I am not afraid of your angry young man face Mr., Why did u take me back ? " i raised my voice by pushing unknowingly on his chest again..

"Coz i dont want anyone to claim you for their desire , and i saved u yesterday from a man " he shouted at me and i was taken aback by his answer . Why does he care for me ? He don't have a heart till i know , i was numb by his statement and lost my balance.

The next moment , we fell on his bed with me on top of him.  He was looking at me intensly , i looked my self to cover my visible cleavage with the dhuppata and tried to get up , but i failed to get balance and fell again on him . i was pissed of and looked at him smiling at my actions.

" Is there anything funny here to smile ? "  i asked for which he nodded in no.

"Then why can't u help me to get up " i said by trying to get up myself from him.

I suddenly felt his  arms snaking over my waist , i felt shivered and his eyes met mine . He held me tightly and balanced his other hand on bed to get up. Finally he made us get up from the bed i was still lost somewhere

" I know im hot , many girls in my kingdom are lined up for me " he said in a husky voice that made me come back to reality . i was not able to control my laugh . "Why are u laughing " he asked irritated

"I think those girls behind u will be blind , otherwise who would seek a heartless creature like u " i used the opportunity to test his patience..

"You " he yelled at me pulling me closer to him , but i tapped on his foot and escaped from his hold running to the door .
" Well many boys were also lined up for me in my state , poor they would miss me now " i said before running from there leaving him mouth opened.

HIS POV

Unbelievable she is ! She came to me in this early morning directly from her bed to confront me , seriously ? I have blurted out in flow about what happened last night . Shit what she will think about me ? She is no more scared of me , its not right . How dare she laugh when i said im hot , she is also affected by my proximity i can feel that . She become nervous when she fell on top of me , her skin was touching my bare chest , i was lost in her beauty face .

Get a grip on yourself karan , she is making u week sometimes . Never forget that she is your enemy and she is here as your slave . I have to make her aware of it once more.

HER POV

I have taken bath and was chit chatting with pooja , she is really a nice company for me .

"Pooja can u believe that he cared for me and took me from there, like seriously ? He is such an arrogant and emotionless man i have ever seen " i muttered by tieng the flower garlents for puja .

" Prince is not that bad as u think princess " pooja said by a small smile on her face for which i made a confused face..

"You will get to know more about him , this palace, and everyone out here . " she said by thinking about something

"Pooja i have enough time , u can tell me everything " i said by holding her hands.

"Yuvraj was never this arrogant before . He was very carefree young man before but everything got changed one day.
Our Maharaj who went out of Mewar for a visit has never came back alive . His sudden demise made shattered the whole kingdome and our enemies where finding a best chance to attack out kingdome. " she said

I felt a little bad for their kingdom , and asked her to continue.

" We were in the Period of mourning for kings regicide , and our palace got attacked by some bandits . They were cruel creatures who never left a chance to leave even children and ladies too.
And they attacked our princess too "

Princess ? Who is she ? I aksed anxious

"Yes Princess of our dynasty , Kavitha sigh rathore ,she is the younger sibling to yuvraj . She too was attacked by the bandits . She tried to resisit them , but one of them tried to molest her " she finished by broken throat

I felt my eyes getting wet with the raising heart beats of mine. I held her shoulders to calm down her.

" But at the right time , Yuvraj saved her from that bandits . Later we saw our savior in form of yuvraj . He handled everything perfectly , he finished each and everyone who entered the palace with the help of his vishesh sena (special force ) . He saved our kingdom from breaking apart and took in charge of all the royal powers in place of the king .
But we lost our chirpy , bubbly princess kavitha on that day . She went to a state of depression in the lose of her father as well as all that happened with her dignity "

I felt tears escaping from the corner of my eyes , how come all this happen with someone. Its too cruel by the destiny i thought .

" Yuvraj Karan has made himself stubborn and arrogant to mask his emotions, but still he cared for everyone. He loves his family , his people and especially his sister a lot .
Yuvraj has all the qualities to be crowned as our next king , but our rulebook states that one can be crowned as the king untill he is married and the prince will be crowned in the presence of his wife  " she said

Mr jerk has love for his people ? I really doubt on that. He is this much mad as a prince , how would he behave when he becomes the king later . How would his wedded princess will tolerate him ? I went on deep thoughts and came back to sense when pooja continued

" He loves his sister more than anything in this world, she is the reason for his happiness as well as sadness . She is traumatized by all that incidents about one year . Queen has brought many alliances for her , but no one is ready to marry her after knowing everything about her " she said by looking down

"What is the mistake in that pure soul ? Do a girl need to prove her purity infront of the society to get well mannered certificate ! Disgusting . I will not tolerate this kind of insult for women . If this would have happened in my  state , i would really make there life horrible for judging a women " i said by controlling my anger.

"Prince has tried his best to make her come out of all her trauma . But stll she is not okay completely " she said

I felt an urge to see her in my mind
"Pooja can i meet her please " i asked with a puppy face

"But if he came to know about that , he never allows anyone except their mother to meet her " she said tensed

"I will take all the responsibility of that , but i can't stop myself from meeting that broken soul " i said

"Okay princess, i wil take u " she said and i hugged her in excitement.
