HIS POV

My sleep was disturbed by the huge sounds of danger alarms breaking the walls of the palace . I was alerted sensing an attack in the palace and ran outside before taking my sword .
"Yuvraj , Sultan Abdul Rahman has attacked our fort and their army succeeded to enter inside " informed an injured royal guard running towards me panting.
There were no time to waste , i rushed to arrange our royal force immediately .

"Defend their force from 4 sides of the fort blocking their entry into us " i ordered fort security force to move forward.

"Palace incharges, take your position with weapons and finish the basterds dared to enter the palace " i groaled without wasting anytime.

"Where is Indrajeet ?" I shouted .
"He is leading the army from west side of the palace Your highness " said a guard.
"Tell him to meet me soon " i stated.

The darkness of the night was filled with sounds of swords ,screams and mouns.

"Sultan u will regret for this move " i whispered and swing my sword in air to finish the. I started attacking them, cleared my path choping their heads down .

"Yuvraj, they are huge in number , we need to call more soldiers into field to defend at this time " said indrajith by choking one of them in his hold. " There is no time to waste , we need to fight with them with limited number of soldiers " i said while throwing one in air.

"Yes your higness , i will make sure that we will not let them think about attacking us once more. Trust me " said indrajit holding my hand .
"I have that trust on you " i said remembering our bond before all that happened in our life ..

Sending one by one to heaven , i made my way towards the ladies chamber to make sure that all of them are safe including my maa

Opening the main door , i felt my jaw dropped by the sight infront of mine.

"Sultan " i yelled wiping the drops blood oozing from my sword.

I was bewildered to see all the ladies are caged by their soldiers and sultan smirking at me with an evil smile .
My eyes searched for maa, my sister but she was missing .
"Bhayyaa" screamed kavitha sitting on her knees that pinched my heart .
"Kavitha, nothing will happen to u . Wait for some time till i chop this bastards head down " i said looking at my crying sister .
"Karan , don't lose your confidence, this jerk not gonna win us even in dreams , go for it son " maa roared that made my confidence to the next level.

"Karan , save me " i turned to see chitra crying . " Don't panik chitra " i said.

"Sultan , i thought you are a warrior. But i was wrong . If then you would have fought with me in direct by leaving this ladies you scary cat " i said with an evil smile.

"Ohooho Yuvraj karan , Let me remind u something if so . Everything belongs to me once i step into somewhere. And Mewar gonna be soon our's . For your information , we will take all the ladies from the palace as our rewards " said sultan laughing evily and i fisted my handn on the sword in an urge to kill that moron.

I made my steps forward , " Try me if u dare " i challenged him .

I swinged my sword on air as he did the same , and it clashed . The fight began with a smirk and ended up with sultan's blood oozing out from his wounds .

"How is the gifts by me , Mr sultan abdul rahman " i smirked by holding him under my sword on his knees .

"Still its not over " he said signalling his soldiers and i stood confused at him.

"Bhayya " i turned to see one of their soldier kept a knife on kavitha's neck that made my world stop for a moment.

"How dare u ? Leave my sister" i screamed in anger . "Only if u put your sword down " said sultan standing from his knees holding his bleeding hands.

Kavitha is my sister ,  i will not let even a scratch touch her , no matter what happened between us . I put my sword down to make her safe , and kneeled down waiting for indrajit with his backup team.

"Karan, u cant lose my son " said maa sobbing at me , i looked at sultan smiling evily at me and my blood boiled .

"Your mother , your sister all will be safe if u sacrificed yourself " said sultan taking my sword in his hands.

They are my world , and their life is precious to me than my power . I nodded agreeing to his condition but hoping to attack him back when he reaches out near me .

All started screaming and i looked at his eyes in an urge to kill him . He stepped towards me with a sword , i took a deep breath . The next moment he was down when i threw him on air while holding his legs .

"Its not right u have done , kill his sister "  howled sultan lying on floor .

I stood numb there , was not able to move an inch from my place .
"Bhayya please forgive me if u can , indrajit is a good husband for me , he will not backstab you " said her with teary eyes and my head start spinning in her words.

"Kavitha" i screamed , but a knife from somwhere land upon the person's neck and the next moment i saw that man choking for breath and fell down with blood oozing from his mouth.

I stood shocked to the core , and followed the direction of the knife came from , and was taken aback for a moment.

"Monami " i muttered looking at monami standing with her fierce red eyes , holding a sword colored in blood in her hand. She turned to look at me and our eyes met .

"Karan , finish this scoundrels " she yelled at me and throw her sword toward me .

Her words made my hormones rush into my nerves , and sultan witnessed his soldiers falling down one by one by me.

I noticed sultan holding monami's hand , "don't u dare touch her " i roared .

"Wow karan, where did u kept her hided ? Beautiful !!! Lets make a deal , give her to me , i will spare your family " said sultan looking lustfully at monami.

"Sultaaan" I fisted my hands to break his bones , but she was so faster than me to kick his center.

"You want to take me with u ? Okay then try for it " said monami snatching his sword from him .

The next moment i witnessed the girl whom i took for granted from her kingdome , the girl whom i thought have cheated on my back , the girl whom i thought will only show off on her courage ,: is now fighting with sultan like a professional .

She made him injured more and he growled in pain . "impressed " i whisperd unknowingly looking at her skills.

By the time indrajit land up there with his team and he took the charge.

"Yuvraj, i will take charge here, u can move to the east side" he said and i looked at monami. She understood what i meant and hand over sultan to indrajit .

She run towards me , i held her hand in mine,  we both ran from there to the east.

"Are u okay " she asked while running
"Mmm...glad u are fine " i replied smiling at her.
"They haven't seen the real me , i would have killed that sultan there itself " she said dreadful ,  i kept looking at her this avatar.

"There is no time to waste, lets move " i said and we rushed to east side.

The group of soldiers attacking our army , we looked at each other and took position from two ends.

I started killing them one by one from my side , and turned to see monami doing her duty skill fully , she is a little faster than me i thought.

"When u started learning weapons " i asked in between the fight.

"From 10 " she yelled .

"I never thought that u will stand by me " i asked still not able to believe my eyes.

"U never tried to know me prince " she replied and our eyes met in between . Her words hit me hard, did i really judged her wrong ?
We get lost in each others eyes with an unsaid emotion , that made us walk towards each other..

"Karan " she screamed .

I pulled her towards me , held her by stomach and twirled her on air . She did smart and the man who tried to stab me from back was now taking his last breath by her sword.

I put her down slowly , still taking breaths together we looked into each others eyes , i was not ready to leave her from my hold .

"Karan , we should move forward " she whispered and i came back to reality

We took the bows and arrows next and finished many at a time.

I was in a hurry to finish our enemies and my bows got destroyed in fight.

"Try mine " said monami giving me her bows.

She stood infront of me holding the bows , and i pointed my arrows at our enemies . We finished all in some time .

She turned to look at me , we realised our position . I was holding her by waist from back , she looked down when i noticed her cheeks getting red.

"Thank you " i whispered in her ears , that made her turn and look at me " We are warriors , we never thank each other in battle field " she said looking into my eyes.

I kept looking at her angelic face glowing in the moonlight , she was licking her dry lips in tension that made her look more cute . I was standing lost in her when indrajit approached us "Yuvraj ,everything is under control. Sultan is captivated into the royal hall . We need your presence there " said him with determination.

I walked towards him "Well done indrajit , im proud of u " i said tapping on his shoulder that made him smile wholeheartedly at me.

We reached the Royal Hall , were all are waiting for us . I entered the hall with monami and indrajit on my sides.

"Forgive me Prince , i have done a mistake by attacking your palace " pleaded a bleeding sultan on his knees.

"Better you reveal your motive behind attacking our palace " i said standing infront of him

"We really do not meant to attack you. We have deal to attak your palace in return " said sultan faintly

"Karan , lets not bother about all this . We need to punish him i think " interrupted a chitra comming in between.

"No , we should really need to know who is behind all this " said monami looking at chitra .

"Monami is right , sultan u should confess everything right now "

"There is no one behind this your highness , please forgive me for my sin 🙏 i will never try to look back even at your kingdome , please leave me alive "
Said sultan at my feet.

"Karan , lets leave him alive . Him and his condition will be an example for our enemies to mind it before messing up with our country " said maa standing beside me

"Yes maa, i take your order. You are right we will leave him to suffer for the rest of his life regreting his wrong decisions " i said smirking at him.

"Soldiers, take him from here " i ordered and he was taken from there .

I turned to see kavitha still standing shocked with all this . i signalled her to come near me

"U are safe till your brother is here " i said hugging her , and she too hugged me tightly.

"Bhayya , are u not angry with me " she aksed like a kid

I broke the hug and looked at indrajit standing at a distance . I signalled him to come to me

"I forgive u both " i said holding both of them in shoulder .

"It means a lot Your highness " said indrajit happily.

"Call me karan  , as u always called " i said and everyone becomes happy in our bond .

Maa blessed both of them and i was adoring my sisters happiness.

I saw monami leaving from there without anyone's notice and i followed her behind .

I held her hands from behind while walking through the corridor.

HER POV

Im so happy today that , atleast kavitha got her family back. I was walking following chitra , someome held my hands from behind.

I turned to see karan holding my hands.
Within no time , he pulled me towards him and i hit on his chest.

He was looking at me intensely , "You cant pull me like this all the time karan , u forgot im not your slave anymore " i said trying to district him.

"Is it ? Oh i forgot that " he said smirking at me and held me more close to him by snaking his hands over my waist.

I knitted my eyebrows at him to know what is he upto . "What ?" asked me .

"That  i should fear u from now on as u would finish anyone in seconds with your sword " he said coming close to me and i hit the wall moving back.

"Mmm..Next time onwards , do not to underestimate any princess " i said composing myself in his closness..

He smiled at me and i too smiled back at him i don't know why .
We stood there looking at each other , forgetting the rest .
