Jack held Katherine around the waist as they walked down the hall with their son in her arms.

She wore a lovely white dress that went to her knees and had dark butterflies on the bottom with a pair of small white heels.

Jack wore a dark blue button up shirt and black slacks, his hair was neat and beard shaved.

Katherine held the blue blanket tightly so their baby wouldn't be cold, it was getting closer to fall and there had been a slight chill lately.

The two walked out of the palace balcony doors and public roared. A new prince was born and his parents where shining brightly.

Jack kissed Katherine's forehead and helped her walk down the stairs to greet more guests.

Their son was three weeks old and jack had an interview today, he kissed his wife goodbye several times, promising to run out and get their favorite movie.

He sat down in the seat, smoothing his suit and crackled his knuckles. The interviewer came down and shook his hand.

The cameras were rolling and they began "thank you for joining us your highness" he said.

"Pleasures all mine" he smiled and the camera zoomed in on his face.

"We congratulate you on the birth of your child, a son correct?"

"Yes" Jack grinned "Katherine gave birth to a beautiful healthy baby boy"

"And what's his name?"

"Atticus Joseph Alexander Pulitzer Larkin Kelly" Jack replied "he was named after my father and Katherine's."

"And how is her highness Katherine?"

"Wonderful" Jack responded "she's so amazing with him, usually there's nannys and such involved but Katherine won't let anyone who isn't family near him. She does it all, and I help as much as I can but if I'm being honest I can change law but still struggle with a diaper" and they both laughed.

"So parenthood suits you both?"

"Katherine more than anything... she's truly a fantastic mother, she gave birth and with in a couple hours she was running to him when he cried. She's so wonderful with Atticus, and in response I can tell my son loves his mother"

"How are your families dealing with the new addition?"

"Clara, Katherine's cousin loves him, hold him maybe almost as much as I. My mother is thrilled and has been know to come to our apartments at any given moment just to see how the baby and Katherine are doing" he responded "she's very excited about being a grandmother. King Joseph loves his grandson. It's rather hilarious to be in meetings with him all day strict and reserved and have him over after supper making faces and trying to get Atticus to laugh" Jack replied.

"Have you discussed having more children?"

"Eventually, Katherine and I were both only child's so we want a big family"

"Eight or nine children?" He asked.

"No... maybe two or three... but the more the merrier I know my mother wants many grandchildren"

As royal tradition states for the first month of the baby's life it's mother must stay instead the palace without doing any press meetings. A tradition that Medda had down with Jack and pressed Katherine on doing.

She and Clara where in the living room, Atticus in Clara's arms as they watched her father and jack make a formal statement to the press.

"I King Joseph Henry Makó Rikard Pulitzer have decked to step down as King and hand my title over to my daughter Katherine Erzsébet Octavia Pulitzer Larkin Kelly and her husband Jackson Marcus Alexander Mast Larkin Kelly"

Katherine's jaw dropped... she had no clue her father was doing that...
