Your team and RWBY stand in anticipation as Ironwood goes through the evidence you've compiled to try and proof that Yang was innocent. He reads it all the way through, before looking up at your group. " This is incredibly well put together," he concedes. " And, it certainly merits looking at."

John goes to say something, but Ironwood holds up his hand. " I'm going to conduct an investigation on this. I want to make sure you didn't make a mistake, and that your evidence is unbiased. It's a simple precaution that I have to take is all it is. For now, I can't clear Yang's name since I don't know if this is true or not. However, if this is proven true, then I will publicly clear her of all guilt. And, I'll owe each and everyone of you an apology."

These makes all of you nod, before Ironwood turns to have someone begin looking into it. On his way out the room, he turns back to all of you. " Excellent work," he says,and then he turns to Yang. " You found yourself a wonderful group of friends."With that, he leaves the room, and all you begin to cheer and celebrate. 

Yang latches on to John, and begins to pepper him with kisses, and this makes Gideon and Leliana start to tease him. Ruby covers her eyes as her sister begins to shove her tongue down John's throat, while Blake looks on with morbid curiosity. While this is happening, Weiss wraps her arms around yours, and looks up at you lovingly. You plant a kiss on her forehead, before she asks to speak with you in private. 

" My father cut of my credit cards," she says, which makes you nod. " And, he called me. He said if I didn't break up with you, then he was going to have Whitley take my place as the heir to the Schnee family name. But, he said if I did break up with you, then all of my privileges would be reinstated."

Your eyes widen slightly nervously, and then she kisses you before you can say anything. " I just wanted to let you know that I told him it wasn't going to happen," she says, and you feel yourself relax. " The truth is, I did care a lot about what he thought when I first came to Beacon. But, now? I don't. I realized how horrible he really is all over again. There's no repairing the damage between me and my father, so I need to focus on the positive relationships in my life. Like my relationship with my team, and well...you."

This makes you smile warmly at her, and then she kisses you again. " And, I wanted to thank you. Seeing you yell at him made me realize how much you cared for me, and it gave me the courage to stand up for myself in front of him also. It made me realize just how much I love you."

" I love you too Weiss," you tell her. " And, I talked with my dad also. I told him it doesn't matter how much he may love or hate the Schnee family, but he's going to accept you as my girlfriend. And, so he agreed that I can bring you home sometime. He said he'd love to meet you with the blinders lifted from his eyes."

The two of you kiss again, and then you hear a camera shudder. You look over to see Blake inconspicuously holding something behind her back, and you roll your eyes. She whistles innocently, but you sigh. The eight of you start headed down to the arena, until John holds Yang's hand. " Are you sure you wanna go in," he asks. " Even if Ironwood is starting his investigation, you still did it as far as everyone here is concerned."

She smiles, and then kisses his cheek. " It's going to be okay," she says. " As long as you're by my side the entire time, then it's going to be fine." This makes everyone smile, seeing she's back to her old self, and then all you flood into the arena to watch Penny fight Phyrra. Gideon splits off to sit with Velvet, and you sit with Weiss, next to John and Yang. 

As the announcer goes through the combatants abilities for the audience, John turns to you. " I bet twenty lien that Penny will win," he says, and you roll your eyes, before agreeing to the bet. Weiss hits you and tells you to be mature, before joining the bet eventually saying Phyrra will win. Soon, all the teams are in on the bet, and you stand to win 500 lien if Phyrra wins. 

Eventually, the fight starts and all of you are on the edge of your seats the entire time, as the fight goes back and forth. All of you mumble under your breath how you need your chosen combatant to get a win, considering how much money you have bet on this. Everyone starts to mumble what they'll use the money for, while you keep yours to yourself. You want to buy a promise ring for Weiss, and marry her when you graduate. 

" I can't take this kinda stress," mutters John. All of you agree, and start to lean as close as you can. Curiously, you pull up the betting odds people in Vale have placed on the fight, and then try your best to calm down, and then realize the bet's going to be called off anyways if John loses. So really, it'll be fine. And if that wasn't enough to convince you, Weiss rests her head on your shoulder. 

However, the fight takes a turn for the worse, as Phyrra then uses her Semblance to the fullest. She's releasing a huge amount of it, as you feel the coins in your pocket crumble. Clearly, she's going to finish this in one attack. You smile as you realize you're about to win the bet. Then, she rips Penny into pieces, revealing the wires and circuitry which made up Penny. 

All of you sit in silence, until John elegantly sums up the situation for all of you. " Well, shit."
