Chapter 27: Brando Clark (Edited)
"Why do you gotta be so lucky, Elsa?" wondered Anna. She was sleeping on Elsa's bed while watching Elsa packing some of her clothes.
"I don't know, Anna," said Elsa. "I really don't." She zippered her bag and sat on the stool. "I'm just gonna be gone for one night and I'll be back tomorrow."
"Yeah, you and Jack are going out with North to meet Brando Clark, and also he wanted to record your song. I can't believe your dream is finally coming true."
"Nah it's too early to say that, Anna."
"Why?" asked Anna. "It's just as same as a recording deal."
Elsa shrugged.
"And by the way, where are you guys going to stay?"
"I think North said we are going to be staying in a hotel or something."
Jack's room
"So that's it?'' said Kristoff, sitting on the sofa. Jack was sleeping on the bed, while Hiccup was reading and Flynn was sitting next to Kristoff.
"Yeah, why?" asked Jack.
"Bro, don't you realize this is your chance?" stated Flynn.
Jack got up in a sitting position and raised his eyebrows at the two boys.
"You guys are going to be staying in a hotel, right?" asked Flynn. Jack nodded.
"But not just a hotel, it's the hotel of Brando Clark," said Hiccup, not looking up from his book.
"Whatever. My chance of what?" asked Jack.
"Your chance to make her fall for you," said Kristoff, smirking.
"I don't think is that simple guys," said Hiccup, looking up at them. "It's going to take more than a one night to make her fall in love with him."
"Hiccup, we're the experts here, so we know it's going to work," said Flynn.
Hiccup shrugged and looked down at his book. "I was just saying."
"So what do I have to do?" asked Jack.
"Well, you can take her out to a party," suggest Kristoff.
"No, I don't think she's that kind of a party girl and besides, North won't let us,'' said Jack.
"Okay, how about this?" said Flynn.
Knock, knock
The boys looked up. The door opened and in came North. "Jack, you ready?"
"Huh yes," said Jack as he got off the bed. The boys stood up as well. Jack picked up his bag and walked out with North.
A black car was waiting for them.
Elsa and Anna arrived, just few seconds after the boys.
"Good, Elsa's here," said North. He hopped in the car.
Merida and Punzel came and stood next to Anna. "See you tomorrow Elsa," they both said.
"See ya," said Elsa. She went to the car and tried to open the door but Jack opened it for her. She smiled, "Thanks." She went in and Jack followed.
North started the car, he drove the car and soon they were out of the campsite.
"I hope everything goes smoothly," said Flynn to the guys.
Punzel turned and looked at him. "What would go smoothly?"
Flynn's eyes widen, so did the two boys. "Um- this whole recording song that Elsa and Jack are doing." He hated lying to her, but he can't tell her, can't he?
Punzel nodded. "Is there something you want to tell us?"
Flynn shook his head, "Nope."
Punzel nodded, she and the girls went to the lunch hall.
"You know," said Kristoff. "It's not only Jack who needs to make a girl fall in love with him."
Flynn looked at him. "Hey I don't need to, okay? I know that Punzel has feelings for me."
"Yeah, but aren't you spending time with her?" asked Hiccup.
Flynn shook his head, sadly. "We're not. We're too busy with everyone."
"Well you could find some time," said Kristoff.
"Yeah, I'll try".
Lunch Hall
The girls came in the lunch hall. Ally was carrying two boxes; the girls couldn't tell what was inside.
"Hey Mrs. Ally," the girls said in unison.
Ally turned around looking a bit startled. "Oh girls, hello," said Ally smiling.
"Let me help you with that," offered Merida. She took the other box.
"Oh thank you, darling," said Ally. She and the girls walked into the kitchen. Ally and Merida dropped the boxes on the table.
"So, have you girls seen Elsa off?" asked Ally.
They all nodded. "Yep," said Punzel.
Ally let out a sad sigh, "Too bad I didn't say bye."
Anna frowned. "Mom, she's coming tomorrow, there's no need to be sad about it."
Ally nodded and sniffed as if she was crying, "You're right Anna, you're right."
"Anyway, we'll be going now," said Punzel. She dragged the girls out of the kitchen and sat them down on the table.
"Punzel, what's the matter?" asked Anna, furrowing her eyebrows.
"There's something going on and I think Flynn isn't telling me," Punzel said looking at the two girls in front of her.
Anna's eyes widen while Merida just raised an eyebrow. "Oh no, you don't think he's cheating on you, do you?" said Anna.
"What? No. And you don't have to call it cheating because we're not even together."
"Yet." said Merida. "What's going on with you two? I thought you both were going to spent time together over the summer."
Punzel sighed. "We were. But with everything that is going on..."
"We could talk to North, and he could give you both free times," said Anna, smiling.
Punzel nodded, "That would be okay."
Merida shook her head and leaned in, "So what is it that you think he's not telling you?"
"Oh yeah, before when he said he hoped everything goes smoothly, and I asked him what would go smoothly? He lied when he said he only said that for Elsa and Jack's song."
"How do you know that?" asked Anna.
Punzel smirked, "I know him well, Anna. And besides did you see that way he and the others looked when I asked him? They are hiding something."
"But what could they be hiding?" asked Merida.
"I bet its something to do with Jack and Elsa," said Anna. "But what is it?"
"I'm going to find out." The two girls looked at Punzel. Punzel smirked, Flynn is a terrible liar, she will soon find out what he's hiding.

Brando's Studio
It wasn't too long till they reached Brando's studio, the studio wasn't too far from camp rock.
Jack and Elsa came out of the car and looked around. The studio was big, it was actually a building. Cars were parked in the parking area. North told Jack and Elsa that he would park the car and catch up with them.
Jack and Elsa were walking to the building.
"Wow, this place is-"said Elsa but was interrupted by Jack.
"Boring," said Jack, pretending to look bored.
"What are you talking about?" said Elsa. "We just got here."
"Elsa, when you stay here for a few hours, you'll see. People are just working. It's the summer so not too many people will be here to record songs."
"We have the place to ourselves then," shrugged Elsa.
"Huh, you must be the Overboard singer." Jack and Elsa looked up front and saw a guy walking towards them, smiling. He was surprisingly younger, maybe early twenties. He had blond hair and light blue eyes. He was in white trousers and jacket. He stood in front of them smiling; he was actually smiling to Elsa. Jack glared at him, feeling a little bit out of place.
"Singers," muttered Jack, enough for him to hear.
The guys head snapped at him, "Oh sorry, I meant you twos were the one who sang the song, overboard, right?" They both nodded. "Oh lovely, I really love the song. Oh forgive me, my name is Brando Clark."
"Oh my God, I am honored being here," said Elsa, grinning. "I always wanted to be in a recording studio, especially this one."
"Hmm and I'm glad..." said Brando smiling.
"Huh sorry, my name's Elsa." Elsa gave her hand to him for him to shake, but instead he took it and kissed it.
"Elsa? Beautiful name for a beauty like you," he smirked when Elsa blushed. Jack clenched his jaw, holding himself back before he could slap his hand away from Elsa.
"Thank you," said Elsa.
"You could record any songs you want here," said Brando, still holding Elsa's hand.
"Any?"
"Any, and if you have any questions, feel free to ask."
Elsa smiled. There were many questions she wanted to ask, but she was unable to decide what she should ask first.
"You could just ask him to let go of your hand?" muttered Jack to himself. But he was close to Elsa so Elsa heard him. She realized that Brando was still holding her hand; she quickly removed her hand, looking a little embarrassed.
North walked in. "Brando."
Brando smiled at North. "Nice to see you too," he said as he shook hands with North.
"I see you guys have already met," said North, gesturing to Jack and Elsa.
"Yeah," said Brando. "We could start now if you want."
"Yes," said Elsa before North could answer. Jack rolled his eyes.
"Okay then, let's go." Brando led them to the studio room. He and Elsa were walking ahead while North and Jack were behind.
Jack noticed how Brando was close to Elsa. He likes her, no doubt.
Jack shook his head, looks like he got some competition. He wasn't sure if Elsa likes him according to the way she acted, but he was sure of one thing, she would be his before she could be with anyone. He'll make sure of it.
